Why terrorist attacks? We just had another terrorist attack at Fort Hood Army Base in Texas. Of course, all of those who deny that it is based upon race and religion try to come up with a psychological evaluation as to why this Major Nidal Malik Hasan did what he did. 'Oh, well, he was under pressure, he was under strain and you have post-traumatic stress.' Well, he was never in combat. Well, blah blah this and blah blah that. The facts are starting to come out. He went out and purchased those weapons. He planned the attack and when he came in he also had on a white robe, which is a martyr's robe for the Islamists. He got up on a table and he cried out before he shot, 'Allah Akbar,' which is Allah is great. And then started shooting.

'Oh, but that wasn't a terrorist attack.' Let's read a little report here, so they have some very big problems, because even though the nations of the United States and the United Kingdom and the nations of northwestern Europe—and we have to look at all of them, and will also include Australia and New Zealand in that—we are going to see that all these nations are under siege from the Muslims. We have to ask the question: Why? What is the Bible answer to it? You can't dismiss it as a psychological quirk.

So here's what's the national press release going out tomorrow.

Below is National Press Release Going out Tomorrow. Before we go on the attack in the Media let us all pray for the victims and their families in this terrible tragedy in Ft Hood. (watchmanscry.com—throughout)

My question was: If Obama really cares for the nation, why did he not go out there as soon as possible to visit the wounded in the hospital, and why did he not go out there to console the relatives of those who were executed? So here's the question:

To what level is the US Military, FBI, CIA, Dept. of Homeland Security infiltrated with Muslim Jihadists?

Because we cannot discriminate; people have to have freedom, so they're taking the Constitution and turning it upside down and using it against us. If you can have your religion and worship God according to your conscience, then any religion is good enough and equal in the same. That statement in itself is a lie.

Let me just clarify something here: I've got a CD that has five sermons on it which the title is, Why God Hates Religion, If you don't have that, you can write in for it. It's important for you to understand all religions breed various degrees of insanity in people. The worst and most insane religion are the atheists, and Newdow who is a well-known atheist out here in this neck of the woods in California admitted in an interview with Sean Hannity, 'Oh, I'm religious. Atheism is a religion. I have moral values.' And Hannity didn't have enough sense to say, 'Well, where did you get those?' Because whatever moral values that anybody has comes from the Bible or from God, whether they know it comes from the Bible or whether they know it comes from God.

Now Paul talked about the Gentiles who were not given the law of God, but they did the things by nature which are written in the law, which are a law unto themselves. So we need to take a broad view of what we're looking at with this. So you can start out and say, 'Well, Hinduism breeds insanity.' Yes, look at the insane things that they do with Hinduism. Buddhism breeds insanity. Yes, it does. You have celibate priests and you have rampant homosexuality, and you have believing that you can find your purpose through Nirvana. They don't know whether God exists or not. So that's a form of insanity.

Now that doesn't mean that these people cannot function in their lives to a certain degree of functionality and that doesn't mean they can't work. That doesn't mean that they can't be artistic. That doesn't mean that they can't do the things that human beings do, but it means as far as religion is concerned there are varying degrees of insanity.

Now, let's come up the ladder to Islam. Islam, though people say, 'Oh, it's a peace-loving religion.' Well, then why are so many people killed? 'Mohammed was just like Jesus.' Well, why can't Mohammed save? He died, he was not resurrected, Jesus was. 'Oh, well, we can't believe the Bible because the disciples and apostles were prejudiced. What would you expect them to write?' Were not the disciples of Mohammed also prejudiced? Look at it today. When you read the Koran, which I have read, it's a disjointed almost insane book. The Jihadist teachings enforce insanity upon those who believe it. So they do many irrational actions. It's sort of pent up and then all of a sudden, because whatever happens, whether they think they have a mission from Allah, or whether they're now going to escape this horrible life as bachelors and make themselves these 'living bombs' and go and explode themselves with their suicide bombers, so that they can die and go to heaven and have seventy-two virgins. Well, if you've got all the male hormones coursing through you and you have a society where you cannot marry, except you have so much money and you can buy your wife. If you're real rich, you can buy four and if you're really, really rich you also have a harem, so all the young men never have any wives. They can't look forward to being normal. So it's insanity.

They also have it that, 'Oh, we can't go to war against the Muslim.' That's a big lie. Who do most of the terrorist suicide bombings go against? Muslims! That's insane—isn't it? And they blame the western world for what they're doing to themselves. We will see God intended that the western world tame those people.

Let's look at Catholicism. Every thing about Catholicism—though they hold the Bible and say it comes from God, though they use the name of Jesus, though they use the name of God the Father—is all based upon tradition. They've taken the laws and commandments and Bible of God and cast it behind their backs. They have a form of religion that is equally insane, inasmuch as that God says it's not good for man to be alone, so all the priests are celibate. So they're going contrary to the Word of God. So what do they have? All the sex problems, pedophilia, adultery, homosexuality rampant among the priests and the nuns, and yet they're looked upon as a religion that does good works. Now they do some good things in helping the poor, and so forth, but they are always looking to increase the power of the pope and the power of the Catholic Church to have as much rule over the world as possible. They also do not keep the commandments of God the way that God intended, and so that's another form of insanity.

Let's move up the ladder, let's come to Protestantism. Protestantism began with the motto, 'solo scriptura'—which means Scriptures only. 'Because we don't like the Catholic Church, we don't like their traditions, we don't like their rituals, they are not in the Bible. It is purely and absolutely pagan and demonic.' Now if you're a good Catholic, stop and think, don't get mad at me. Let me ask you a question: have you ever read your Bible to prove whether what you believe in your religion is really true, or do you only believe what the parish priest tells you or what the bishop or the cardinal or the pope tells you?

Why don't you do yourself a favor. Take the second commandment, look at that, read it, understand it, and then look at every cathedral, and especially St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. It is the epitome of the den of Satan's idolatrous religion. All of the artwork there, whether you know it not, tells the history of Satan's church going back into all the pagan religions. Because what do they have there? They have all the pagan statues, and things like this, right in St. Peter's Basilica. That's a form of insanity. People go in there and they think, 'Oh, look at that. Isn't that magnificent? Look what Leonardo da Vinci did in painting the Sistine Chapel.' Well, the second commandment says, 'You shall make no image of any kind, of anything that is in heaven above, on the earth, or in the water under the earth—right? Ask yourself the question: Why does your church have it? Then ask yourself another question: Can a church transgress the commandments of God and still preach God? Or with all their traditions, rejecting the Bible just like Judaism—so let's bring in Judaism here.

I recently talked to a converted Jew who runs a radio station in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The manager of that station freely admitted that all the traditions of the Jews are contrary to the Word of God, though they say, 'We follow the Old Testament.' Yet they don't. Why do you have your traditions? 'Well, it's a fence around the law to make sure that no one breaks it.' Have you ever considered that the fence is so big and so tall and so thick, that no one can ever find anything about the Bible?

That's why Jesus said, 'With your traditions you reject the commandments of God.' So that's a form of insanity. Where are you going with this? you say to yourself. Let's come to Protestantism. Protestantism started out to be very close to what the Bible teaches, but they still left themselves shackled to Rome with Sunday, Christmas, Easter, New Years, and the occult pagan holidays. Now, the Bible has a lot to say about those days, but you need the book Occult Holidays or God's Holy Days—Which? Some people don't like the cover, because we put there the tablets of the law on one hand, and right behind it we put a skull, a full skull. People say, 'Ooo, that makes me afraid.' Well, that's the message: You live according to the Word of God and His commandments, or you practice the occult satanic demonic things and you die. So do you want life or do you want death?

The Protestantism, though it is probably the most sane of all of them, has its own insanity, because as Cardinal Gibbon wrote in the Catholic Mirror in 1893, which were published in four or five series—and by the way, all of those series of Rome's Challenge to the Protestants were published on the Sabbath—where he says, 'You Protestants are in an insane suicidal death before God.' And he's right, because if you say 'solo scriptura,' and you don't follow the Bible when the Bible doesn't say one word about Sunday-keeping, rather it's a wholly Catholic institution. So get off your hypocrisy. If you don't keep the Sabbath, and back then the only ones he knew kept the Sabbath were the Seventh Day Adventists. Well, today there are a lot more Sabbath keepers today. He said, 'God says if you don't keep the Sabbath you are going to die.' So you're in a suicidal pact against God because you keep the Catholic Sunday. So he said, 'Your only solution is, two decisions:

  • Study the Bible and know what God says and do that and keep the Sabbath.
  • Abandon your pretext and your hypocrisy that you go by the Scriptures, and come wholly on Catholic ground.

At least that way, you won't be hypocritical.' Well, needless to say, what has happened just recently? Because the Anglican Church, or the Church of England—in America it's called the Episcopalian Church—they had a split because of homosexuality, allowing the homosexual bishops to function and carry out their office and even marry. That split it even further. So now in England the goal of the Roman Catholic Church to destroy the Anglican Church has succeeded. How involved they were in all of these activities and things we do not know, but there's sure no weeping in Rome that the church has split. There's rejoicing and Pope Benedict XVI came out and said, 'Oh, come home to Rome, all you Anglicans. We'll let you keep your rituals. We'll let your priests stay married. Come home to Rome.' So let's see where that goes.

Now let's take it one step further. Let's come to the Churches of God. Churches of God have the Truth. Churches of God generally have their heads screwed on correctly for the most part, but when you read about the prophecies of the Churches of God in Rev. 2 & 3, you see that they also have their problems. But their problems are in a different category because they know the Truth and they practice the Truth, and their problems come because they start compromising or they start becoming lukewarm, or they really don't vigorously practice what God says, though they keep the form and substance of the commandments, and Holy Days, and things like that.

With that said, I'll end it with this: Jesus said, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.' You can't come to the Father through Jesus unless you do as Jesus said, 'If you love Me, keep My commandments.' He also said, 'The word, the message that I bring to you is not from Me, it's from God the Father.' So this is how God judges the world and looks at the world.

Now there's another aspect of this that we need to understand concerning the nations. God put the nations where they are according to the inheritance that He decided they would have. That first began right at the Tower of Babel, because they didn't want to go out and colonize where God had told them to go. So they said, 'Well, let's stay here and let's build us a tower which will reach unto heaven.' God said, 'No, you can't do it, because the people are one language and now they begin to do this and now nothing that they imagine to do will be withheld from them.' So He confounded the languages and scattered them abroad. He made them go to the inheritance that He determined He was going to give them.

Remember, the inheritance given to the children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were already determined where they were going to go. On line we have a book called Judah's Sceptre and Joseph's Birthright and you can go to CBCG.org and you can download that. It's quite a thick book, but you can download it in truncheons, which will absolutely prove from the Bible that the modern day descendants of Israel are America, Britain, Canada, northwestern Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

We're going to simplify this war on terror from the Bible, and you're going to be absolutely surprised and dumbfounded that this goes back to family feuds between brothers, half brothers, and twins—from Abraham and Isaac. Before we get there, let's bring you up to date on what they're very fearful of in the United States. This was a terrorist attack planned and executed by someone who had been entrusted in the United States Army. He was not born in America and converted to Islam here; he was born in Jordan.

Now let's give you the truth as to what they know is going to happen again on many different fronts.

Walid Shoebat, former Islamic terrorist who was once a part of jihad war cells in the U.S. and understands fully the mindset of terrorists, has been warning America of the potential of this very type of tragedy and worse for many years.

That's why you hear, 'Well, there's bound to be another terrorist attack. Everybody get used to it, as long as we can contain it, let's just call it domestic violence.'

Shoebat contends that the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, FBI, CIA, Department of Homeland Security, are all infiltrated with Muslim extremists.

So we're up against the thing that I think will happen first in Europe. It's building in France right now, which is this: the only way for prophecy to be fulfilled as we understand it at this time, is for the majority of Muslims in Europe to be forced to immigrate back to their own country. The reason being, you cannot have two sets of laws within a sovereign nation. They keep pushing for Sharia Law. Most people don't even know what it is. It's a very hideous form of law.
So Shoebat warns:

America needs to awake from its sleep and its unwillingness to face the issue of fundamentalist Islam… [which is in our midst] …and is undoubtedly of the cause of the tragedy in Fort Hood. Some very serious decisions need to be made when it comes to having Muslims protecting our country as it is impossible to know whether they will be honorable or foxes in the henhouse.

Now think of that. Army, Navy, Air Force—how about Coast Guard—anybody?—FBI, CIA, Department of Homeland Security are all infiltrated with Islamic militant extremists.

The comment was made just the past couple of weeks there were five British soldiers who were training the Afghans to protect their own country, was infiltrated by a Taliban extremist pretending, 'Well, I'm going to learn and I'm going to help the country.' Then he turned around and shot and killed five of the soldiers.

So you need to realize: when you are nurtured from the time you are four years old on hatred, hatred, hatred, and glorifying of death, there is no way you can trust those people to be like you. So sooner or later there has to come a decision in Europe: all Muslims go home. Now they won't integrate, so it's bound to happen one way or the other.

There are some Muslims who do not like the Muslim religion. How they will turn out, we do not know, but beyond the religious thing, there is also a racial thing that is involved, which we'll cover here in a little bit.

Now here's some of the talking points that are interesting. (watchmanscry.com)

Nidal Malik Hasan is NOT a convert but a Jordanian Muslim since birth. Infiltration by Islamists in the military is a fact my own brother understood and served with them in the United States Air Force and his loyalty was to his ideology...

In other words, it goes right back, if you are convicted in a religion, that's what's going to anchor your thoughts and your outlook—right? Yes, indeed!

…yet allowing him to guard nuclear facilities…. [isn't that something?] …Religion is a sensitive issue, but we should not undermine our security for the fear of Islamophobia. Muslims by Sharia Law are mandated never to fight Muslims.

Well, then, why do you blow up your own?

Muslim soldiers need to be questioned whether this is an issue, yet we virtually never question them.

If you did question them, what would they say? 'Oh, we'll be loyal,' until it comes down to the time—right? Just like this. This major was given orders to go over to Afghanistan. Well then his true colors come out that he was an infiltrated Jihadist. A couple more paragraphs, then we'll get into the Biblical cause of this.

Speaking at the Air Force Academy in Colorado to expose the infiltration of Islamists [here's what he said]:

Not only were over a hundred of Middle Eastern Muslims allowed to infiltrate, but were also allowed to threaten us with death with no repercussions whatsoever—Omar Khalifa, a student, got away with the threats and while Khalifa was related to Osama Bin Laden's son-in-law, he was largely ignored! At the Marines, our event was cancelled as to 'not to offend Saudi visitors.

Let them be offended. They offend us.

At Camp Bullis was a Muslim in the U.S army who said he was 'offended' that I spoke on the issue of terrorism. Has 'Political correctness' seeped into our military apparatus to the point where no one can say anything lest they risk we offend someone? When Americans are being killed, all issues should be on the table.

The big question: Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome or Terrorism? Nidal never served in Iraq or Afghanistan to qualify as a candidate for Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

That's something—huh?

One other thing before we get into the Bible: the Taliban has warned Australia they must join Muslim Asia or perish. If not, whether you do or don't, 'we are going to over-flood you. We will make Australia to coin the phrase from Germany: 'lebensraum,' living room. We're going to send our populations down there to take you over.' This was from the Taliban monthly magazine, Al Sumud, which means steadfastness.

All the modern nations of Israel, including the Jews, are being threatened by the Muslims. How did that actually begin? And did you know that if Abraham had not listened to his wife, and you go back and remember what happened with Adam, he listened to his wife and this is not to condemn women, but it is something you need to understand, which is this: You have to have faith in God and trust God and if you try and work it out your own way, you're in deep doo-doo. So that's where we are today.

Let's see the beginning of this problem in Genesis 16 and this is after, ten years after God promised Abraham that he would have a son that would come from his own loins. Now how long are you to remain faithful and trust God? The answer is: As long as it takes.

Genesis 16:1: "Now Sarai, Abram's wife, did not bear him any children. And she had a maidservant, an Egyptian, and her name was Hagar. And Sarai said to Abram, 'Behold now, the LORD has kept me from bearing. I pray you, go in to my maidservant. It may be that I may obtain children by her.'…. [While that may have been legal in those days, it certainly was not according to faith. They recovered from their lack of faith later; however, we are still stuck with the problem today.] …And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maidservant, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife (after Abram had lived ten years in the land of Canaan). And he went in to Hagar, and she conceived. And when Hagar saw that she had conceived, she looked upon her mistress with contempt" (vs 1-4). Now I want you to also think about all the contempt that she always held toward Abraham and Sarah, which she passed on to the son that was born of her by Abraham, and his name was Ishmael.

Now notice v 5: "And Sarai said to Abram, 'My wrong be upon you. I have given my maidservant into your bosom, and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes. The LORD judge between me and you.'…. [So this was somewhat of a repentance.] …But Abram said to Sarai, 'Behold, your maidservant is in your hand. Do to her as it pleases you.' And Sarai dealt harshly with her, and she fled from her presence" (vs 5-6). Now we don't know how old Ishmael was at this particular point.

"And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain on the way to Shur. And he said, 'Hagar, Sarai's maidservant, where did you come from? And where will you go?' And she said, 'I flee from the presence of my mistress Sarai.' And the angel of the LORD said to her, 'Return to your mistress and submit yourself under her hands.' And the angel of the LORD said to her, 'I will multiply your seed exceedingly, so that they shall not be numbered for multitude.' And the angel of the LORD said to her, 'Behold, you are with child, and shall bear a son…. [So he wasn't even born at this point yet.] …And you shall call his name Ishmael because the LORD has heard your affliction… [Now notice his nature; still true today.] …and he will be a wild man. His hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him. And he shall live in the presence of all his brothers'" (vs 7-12).

And there were twelve princes that came from Ishmael. So then she went on back. Imagine the contempt that was still there and what was it, he was eighty-five here, so it was not until another fourteen or fifteen years that she was put out permanently. So there's the source of that problem. We have it today. Isn't it amazing that all the Arabs know that they came from Ishmael—right? But all the modern descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob do not know that they came from them. What stupidity!

Now let's see another problem that came along. Let's come here to Genesis 25:19. Here's another problem that came along. This has to do with Isaac and his wife Rebekah. "And these were the generations of Isaac, Abraham's son. Abraham begat Isaac. And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan Aram, the sister of Laban the Syrian. And Isaac prayed to the LORD for his wife because she was barren. And the LORD heard him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. And the sons struggles together within her. And she said, 'If it is well, why am I this way?' And she went to inquire of the LORD. And the LORD said to her, 'Two nations are in your womb, and two kinds of people shall be separated from your belly…. [Question: can God create a race of people at any time He wants, regardless of who the parents were? Yes! So that knocks in the cocked-hat all the evolutionary theories besides all of the things that knocks it in a cocked-hat in addition to it.] …And the one people shall be stronger than the other people, the older shall serve the younger.'"(vs 19-23).

So it was prophesied how the events would turn out by that statement, without the details. Just a general overall statement that God makes, just like the general overall proposal of the covenant that God made with Israel, 'If you will obey My voice, you will be a peculiar people to Me.' They said, 'We will.' Well, that didn't give any of the details, just like it here.

Verse 24: "And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, twins were in her womb! And the first one came out red, like a hairy garment all over…. [And I can't imagine that, but later we will see that's compared to hairy-goat's skin.] …And they called his name Esau…. [His name is also called, as we'll see later, Edom; because Edom is Esau and Edom means red. So he was probably red haired from head to toe.] …And after that his brother came out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel. And his name was called Jacob…. [Because that means over-comer and supplanter.] …And Isaac was sixty years old when she bore them…. [So he had to wait an additional twenty years for that—right?] …And the boys grew. And Esau was a skilled hunter, a man of the field. And Jacob was a quiet man, living in tents. And Isaac loved Esau because he ate of his venison. But Rebekah loved Jacob" (vs 24-28).

Now we're going to see again a little wifely-motherly intervention to make things go better. And also this caused more than intense problem, as we will see, because even though it was prophesied that Jacob would receive the inheritance, he did not wait on God for it. Rather, as we will see, he and his mother took things into their own hands in a very deceptive way. And this has caused a perpetual hatred between the descendants of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel, and the descendants of Esau from that time till this. So we have two sources of these problems:

  • Ishmael—Arabs
  • Esau, also affiliated with Arabs. You can call them cousins, if you would like.

They all stayed in the middle east.

Verse 29: "And Jacob boiled soup…. [It was lentil soup. So we come from they were born to however old they were at this point, maybe another twenty years, we don't know.] …And Esau came from the field, and he was faint. And Esau said to Jacob, 'I beg you, let me eat of the red, this red soup, for I am faint.' Therefore, his name was called Edom…. [Many people have accused Americans and British of being very cunning in their dealings. Here he's very cunning in his dealing—wasn't he? But remember this, it was prophesied that Jacob would receive the inheritance which came with the birthright, but he didn't wait for God. So he took it into his own hands because he knew that Esau was firstborn.] (So he said): …'Sell me your birthright today.' And Esau said, 'Behold I am at the point of dying, and what profit shall this birthright be to me?'" (vs 29-32).

Now he likewise had even less faith in God. He should have said, 'No, I can't sell it to you. It's not mine to sell to you; that will come from God.' But he did sell it to him, and that became a final transaction.

Verse 33: "And Jacob said, 'Swear to me this day.' And he swore to him, and he sold his birthright to Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and soup of lentils. And he ate and drank, and rose up and went his way. Thus did Esau despise his birthright" (vs 33-34). Now that doesn't excuse the conniving that we're going to read of in Genesis 27, but what it does do, it shows that he rejected God's way. Esau rejected God's way entirely, rejected his birthright, and he once he did that, there was no way to go back on it. A done deal is a done deal.

(go to the next track)

Genesis 27, and this is quite a chapter. Let's look at the chicanery that went on, but keep in mind that God intended that Jacob receive the birthright from the very beginning, because He said, 'The older shall serve the younger.' Now here involved are a lot of human circumstances that if you receive the brunt of this you will understand why Esau hated Jacob and that hatred is to this day. That hatred is the very basis of the radical Jihadist-religion today.

So what happened? Genesis 27:1: "Isaac was old and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called his oldest son Esau and said to him, 'My son.' And he said to him, 'Behold, I am here.' And he said, 'Behold now, I am old and I do not know the day of my death. And now please take your weapons, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me. And make savory meat for me, such as I love, and bring to me so that I may eat, that my soul may bless you before I die.' And Rebekah listened when Isaac spoke to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt venison in order to bring it" (vs 1-5).

Now Rebekah remembered the prophecy and so here, 'I'm going to help God along with the prophecy here a little bit.' God doesn't necessarily need human help to fulfill His prophecy. He'll do it His way, but nevertheless that's the way people do. So here again, in this case, we have the wife/mother, whereas in the case of Abraham and Sarah, we had the wife. So now here's a little conspiracy to get this birthright.

So v 6: "And Rebekah spoke to her son Jacob, saying, 'Behold, I heard your father speak to your brother Esau, saying, "Bring me venison, and make me delicious food so that I may eat and bless you in the presence of the LORD before my death'…. [So this was the official blessing that was given to Abraham and it came down to Isaac and he had to give the blessing. When he gave the blessing, it could only be one blessing. So she said, 'What are we going to do?'] …And now, my son, obey my voice according to what I command you. Go now to the flock and bring me from there two good kids of the goats. And I will make of them delicious food for your father, such as he loves. And you shall bring it to your father so that he may eat, and that he may bless you before his death.'…. [instead of blessing Esau] …And Jacob said to his mother Rebekah, 'Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man…. [big problems] …My father will perhaps feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver…. [So he knew exactly what was going on. His mother knew exactly what was going on and so when this came about, you can see how Esau would just develop such a virulent, aggressive, vengeful hatred for Jacob.] …And I shall bring a curse upon me, and not a blessing.' And his mother said to him, 'Your curse be upon me, my son—only obey my voice and go bring them to me.' And he went and he took them and brought them to his mother. And his mother made delicious things such as his father loved. And Rebekah took the clothes of her older son Esau… [This is a real conspiracy going on here—right?] …the costly ones which were with her in the house, and put them upon Jacob her younger son. And she put the skins from the kids of the goats upon his hands and upon the smooth of his neck" (vs 6-16). You really gotta fake this thing really good—right?

"And she gave the delicious food and the bread which she had prepared into the hand of her son Jacob. And he came to his father and said, 'My father!' And he said, 'Here I am; who are you, my son?' And Jacob said to his father, 'I am Esau your firstborn…. [A lot of people say, 'Well, how could God bless the lying?' He got paid back plenty for his lying when he contracted with his wife's father Laban to get Rachel for his wife, and he ended up being deceived by him and was given the other daughter first—Leah. God has a way of paying back, but since God already prophesied that it would be the way that He said, He let them think they were getting away with it. This set it up on a human realm, rather than Esau thinking that he was rejected by God, he was rejected by humans.] …And Isaac said to his son, 'How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son?' And he said, 'Because the LORD your God brought it to me'" (vs 17-20). Another lie!

Verse 21: "And Isaac said to Jacob, 'Come near, I pray you, so that I may feel you, my son, whether you are truly my son Esau or not'…. ['I am suspicious here, but I can't see good.'] …And Jacob went near to Isaac his father. And he felt him and said, 'The voice is Jacob's voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.' And he did not recognize him, for his hands were hairy like his brother Esau's hands…. [That's because of the goat's skin that was on him] …And he blessed him. And he said, 'Are you truly my son Esau?' And he said, 'I am.' And he said, 'Bring it to me, and I will eat of my son's venison, so that my soul may bless you.' And he brought it near to him, and he ate. And he brought him wine, and he drank" (vs 21-25).

"And his father Isaac said to him, 'Come near now and kiss me, my son'…. [Here's another test.] …And he came near and kissed him. And he smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him, and said, 'See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD has blessed…. [Now here comes the blessing which God originally intended to go to Jacob anyway, but you see, this way then Esau would not really calculate that God had rejected him, but that it was the conniving of his brother. That hatred toward his brother never abated through all these centuries.] (So here's the blessing, v 28): …And may God give you the dew of heaven, and of the fatness of the earth, and plenty of grain and wine. Let people serve you, and let nations bow down to you. Be lord over your brethren, and let your mother's sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone that curses you, and blessed be he that blesses you" (vs 26-29). That's the official blessing that came from God to Abraham, was given to Isaac, and now passed on to Jacob.

Now notice how quickly these events took place. "And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was scarcely gone from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting. And he also had made a dish of savory meat and brought it to his father. And he said to his father, 'Let my father arise and eat of his son's venison so that your soul may bless me'…. [What a shock!] …And his father Isaac said to him, 'Who are you?' And he said, 'I am your son, your firstborn Esau.' Then Isaac trembled greatly, and said, 'Who then was the one who has hunted deer and brought it to me—and I have eaten it all before you came, and have blessed him? Yea, he shall be blessed!'" (vs 30-33). He couldn't take it away.

Now the King James, the way its worded, kind of indicates that it was a duplicate blessing given to Esau, but that's not the correct translation. We have it correct here as we will see in just a minute.

"And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceedingly bitter cry… [Because he forgot he sold the birthright for a bowl of soup and a piece of bread.] …and said to his father, 'Bless me, even me also, O my father!' And he said, 'Your brother came with deceit, and has taken away your blessing.' And Esau said, 'Is he not rightly called Jacob? For he has supplanted me these two times—he took away my birthright, and behold, now he has taken away my blessing'…. [No, you sold the birthright. So in the first instance he sold it so he could not receive the birthright and he could not receive the blessing that went with it, though it was worked out in a deceptive way.] …And he said, 'Have you not reserved a blessing for me?' And Isaac answered and said to Esau, 'Behold, I have made him your lord, and all his brethren I have given him for servants. And with grain and wine I have sustained him. And what shall I do now to you, my son?' And Esau said to his father… [This is where it says back there in the book of Hebrews that Esau sought it carefully with tears, but found no place of repentance, because it had already been done.] …And Esau lifted up his voice and wept. And Isaac his father answered and said to him, 'Behold, Your dwelling shall be far from the fatness of the earth and far from the dew of heaven from above. And you shall live by your sword and shall serve your brother. But it shall come to pass that when you shall have the dominion, you shall break his yoke from off your neck'" (vs 34-40). And that's the struggle we're seeing today.

You go back and you analyze of all the tribes (as I gave in a sermon right after September 11, 2001) about Esau and Jacob, that the most cruel and hideous of the descendants of Esau were the Amalakites. But notice: "And you shall live by your sword and you shall serve your brother…. [And so this is the way it has been. The Muslims have wondered, 'Why have the westerners'—which are all the descendants of the ten tribes of Israel from Jacob. Why do they rule over us? Why do they colonize us? Because it says right here, that's why.] …But it shall come to pass that when you shall have the dominion… [Which they're trying to get and they're getting more and more of it.] …you shall break his yoke from off your neck'" (v 40). And that's the struggle that's going on right now. That's why these events like in Texas and other similar events. That's why '9-11'! And we will see because of the sins of the children of Israel God uses Ishmael and Esau, their descendants, as punishment against the children of Israel. That's the simplest way you can understand the War on Terror.

Now notice his reaction here, v 41: "And Esau hated Jacob… [Now what happens when you're emotionally involved in hatred and revenge? Later when Jacob and his family came back from Syria, God gave grace and favor in the eyes of Esau, so that he wouldn't kill him.] …Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father had blessed him. And Esau said in his heart, 'The days of mourning for my father are at hand—then I will kill my brother Jacob.'" So then when Rebekah heard these words, she told Jacob, 'Get out of here, because Esau's going to kill you.' So he went to Laban in Haran.

Let's look at a prophecy concerning some of these very descendants and the ones that they aligned themselves with, which is also telling us the setup as it is in the world today. Let's come to Psalm 83, and here we will see the prophecy of this very thing taking place that we can see in the news every day. It doesn't matter how much we try and guard ourselves or whatever we do. Look at the United Kingdom. They are the most surveillance-ridden people in the world. They've got cameras everywhere. You can be walking down the sidewalk and open up a stick of gum, put in your mouth, and throw the wrapper on the ground and you'll hear a voice come out because a monitor is watching you do it and say, 'Pick up your trash.' We're getting them here.

But has that stopped terrorist attacks in the United Kingdom? No!. Has that stopped the struggle for power to get Sharia law? No! Even some of the dim-witted parliamentarians in the British Parliament have said, 'Well, we ought to allow Sharia law in some cases.' Once you get the foot in the door, what happens? Just get worse, hasn't changed a thing. Because they've rejected God; they've turned their back on God; and so this is the hand of the punishment from God against us. Until there is really mass repentance, not just sorrow—we'll talk about repentance here in just a little bit—not just sorrow. There is no way to solve the problem.

A question comes up: How is Esau able to break the yoke that's around his neck? Let's come to Psalm 83:1 and we'll see how they do it. "Keep not silent, O God; do not be quiet, and do not be still, O God, for lo, Your enemies are in an uproar; and those who hate You have lifted up their head. They take crafty counsel against Your people, and plot together against Your hidden ones" (vs 1-3). In all these schemes, you do infiltrating and things, isn't that crafty planning? Yes, indeed! So you got the blessing because you bought it from Esau, but you finalized it with a deceitful act against your father and so now you look at the modern-day descendants and by deceit they're gong to infiltrate all your institutions, and they are going to cause terror and difficulty against you because of their hatred and vengeance. This is the source of it.

"They have said, 'Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation… [How would they do that? Get rid of the yoke. So here's the plan, the scheme.] …so that the name Israel may be remembered no more.' [Now that's not just talking about the Jews. The Jews are involved here and they're surrounded by their enemies. I do expect that Netanyahu is going to tell President Obama, 'Stick it in your ear, we're going to bomb Iran.'] …For with one heart they have plotted together; they have made a covenant against You—" (vs 4-5).

Now notice, the first two:

"…the tabernacles of Edom… [and all the descendants of the dukes of Edom]
…and the Ishmaelites… [all the Arabs]
…of Moab, and the Hagrites… [Jordan & Syria.]
…Gebal… [that's another one of the middle eastern nations over there]
…Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines… [Palestinians today]
…with the people of Tyre; and Assyria has joined with them… [That's the Assyria of the Middle East, that's not the Assyria of Germany today.]
…they have helped the children of Lot. Selah" (vs 6-8). So there it is, the combination of ten nations against Israel and the Jews. So that's quite a thing! This is where it's coming from.

Now let's come to Jeremiah 49:20. Let's talk about the Syrians who have settled in and have always been in their inheritance and their capital city has always been Damascus. "Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD which He has taken against Edom, and His purposes which He has purposed against the people of Teman… [Teman was one of the leading dukes of Esau.] …Surely the least of the flock shall drag them away. Surely He will make their pasture desolate because of them. The earth quakes at the noise of their fall; the sound of her cry was heard at the Red Sea…. [Now this was when God had to deal with Esau and Edom during the days of the carrying off of the Jews from the area of Judea into Babylon, and they stood by and agreed with the enemy rather than help his brother. We'll see that a little bit later when we look at some of these other prophecies.] …Behold, like an eagle he will soar and swoop down and spread his wings against Bozrah… [Now Bozrah was the main city of Edom. We have a city in Iraq today called Basra and those people migrated from Bozrah over to Basra. And so those people that in Basra are the descendants of Edom.] …And in that day the heart of the mighty men of Edom shall be like the heart of a woman in her pangs" (vs 20-22). Well, did that happen when the U.S. went against the first Iraq War and the second Iraq War? Yes, indeed!

"Concerning Damascus: Hamath and Arpad are put to shame, for they have heard evil reports. They are melted away; there is trouble in the sea; it cannot be quiet. Damascus has become feeble; she has turned to flee, and trembling has seized her. Anguish and sorrows have taken her like a woman in labor…. [Isn't that what always happens when the Israelis go against the Syrians? Look what happened when they went against the Egyptians—you know, the ten-day war? Just like that. We'll see another prophecy concerning Damascus here in just a little bit.] …How is the city of praise left unrepaired, the city of my joy!.... [That's talking about Jerusalem.] …So her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be silenced in that day,' says the LORD of hosts. And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall burn up the palaces of Ben-Hadad" (vs 23-27).

And then he talks about Babylon and so forth from there. So this is a prophecy that was fulfilled then and will be fulfilled again, and has been fulfilled quite a few times over down through the historical course of Edom and the Ishmaelites and Esau.

Now let's come to Zechariah 12; let's see a prophecy that is yet to be fulfilled, because it's for the last days. As we read this, I want you to understand what happened here a couple of years ago when the Jews destroyed the nuclear plant that the Syrians were developing. Remember, the news hushed it up right away. I really think that we're not too far away from the Jews bombing Iran. This is a contemporary prophecy going on. It also was every time men tried to take Jerusalem, or took it, it was always a terrible problematic situation. Even in the days when Rome conquered it and took it, it was the most rebellious province of any in all of the Roman Empire.

Zechariah 12:2: "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people all around, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people. All who burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the nations of the earth be gathered together against it" (vs 2-3).

So I would say to Ahmadinejad: You better read this portion of the Bible and you better read the book of Esther, because when you're predecessors in Persia tried to exterminate all the Jews under the order of Haman the Agagite—what happened? God turned it around backwards and all the enemies of the Jews were destroyed. So you would do wise to listen up. So if you think you're going to get your rockets and you're going to destroy Jerusalem, God is not going to let that happen quite yet. So you better find your bunker and go live in that, because the day's coming.

Now notice, v 4: "'In that day,' says the LORD, 'I will strike every horse with terror, and his rider with madness. And I will open My eyes upon the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the people with blindness. And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, "The people of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God."…. [Isn't that what they say, 'God's on our side.'] …In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire among the sheaves. And they shall devour all the people all around, on the right hand and on the left hand'" (vs 4-6). And have not the Jews done that? Yes, indeed! How have the Palestinians, the Philistines of our day, how have they reacted? In hatred and bitterness. What did the Jews just uncover this past week? A ship full of what? Five thousand tons of ammunition, rockets and explosives going to Assyria from Iran. Then they would ship those down to Lebanon, all destined to be used against the Jews living in Palestine. Then it talks about how God is going to save the tents of Judah first, so that's a prophecy going into the future that there will be repentance.

Now let's come to v 9: "'And it shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.'" God will!

Let's go to Joel 3, and then we'll finish here for the day. Let's see what God says He's going to do. So here's where it's going to end up. They cry 'peace, peace, there is no peace'; they're preparing for war. That's according to this prophecy:

Joel 3:9. "Proclaim this among the nations, 'Prepare for war!' Wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up. Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weak say, 'I am strong'…. [Does this not sound like Ahmadinejad?] …Gather yourselves and come, all you nations, and gather yourselves together all around; cause Your mighty ones to come down there, O LORD. Let the nations be awakened and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat; for there I will sit to judge all the nations all around. Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, come down; for the press is full; the vats overflow—for their wickedness is great" (vs 9-13). This is where it's going to end. We'll see some other prophecies later, but let's just finish these battles that we're going to see take place.

"Multitudes, multitudes in the Valley of Decision; for the day of the LORD is near in the Valley of Decision!.... [So He's going to gather all nations there, and the day of the Lord will be there.] (This ties in with the book of Rev.): …The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. The LORD shall also roar out of Zion and utter His voice from Jerusalem. And the heavens and the earth shall shake. But the LORD will be the hope of His people and the strength of the children Israel" (vs 9-16).

Now let's see what's going to happen to Egypt and to Edom, v 19: "Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, from violence done against the children of Judah, whose innocent blood they poured out in their land." So we're seeing this played out many different ways: in a macro thing worldwide; in micro things like what happened in Fort Hood.

We'll continue on showing some other things connected with this and what God will do.
