Coming World Government

Now you've heard me bring several sermons on the coming global currency; and now it's all lined up, not only for global currency, but for a world government. I think that's why the administration is acting so quickly and bringing in many of mid-level managers and advisors who are very questionable in their political outlook and loyalty to America. As we will see, many of them have loyalties, not to America, but to their cause of the global government.

What you are going to begin realizing, since many people are looking and saying, 'Why is this happening, why is this happening, why is this happening?' There's a famous saying, 'Nothing in politics happens by accident, it was planned.' So, the extreme left and the shadow-elite, super-elite government of this world, which includes all of the organizations that associated with it—Trilateralists, Bilderbergers, Masons, Knights of Columbus, the Green Movement, Al Gore, the whole thing. The super-elite have been planning this for a long, long, long time. In my next letter I have a history of how these things came about.

But let me read an editorial by Rick Santorum, former senator from Pennsylvania. The article is The Elephant is in the Room: (should be Donkey is in the Room) Obama vs United States. He writes:

The president is contemptuous of American values. And one key nominee prefers the judgment of other countries and global elites… [To the United States.] …Watching President Obama apologize last week for America's arrogance—before a French audience that owes its freedom to the sacrifices of Americans…

And Obama did not even go over to pay honor to all of the American dead buried. He went someplace else. That act…

…helped convince me that he has a deep-seated antipathy toward American values and traditions. His nomination of former Yale Law School Dean Howard Koh… [Who is Korean] …to be the State Department's top lawyer constitutes further evidence of his disdain for American values…. [And jurisprudence, I will add.] …This seemingly obscure position in Foggy Bottom's bureaucratic maze is one of the most important in any administration, shaping foreign polity in the courts and playing a critical role in international negotiations and treaties.

Now this one is more dangerous than the one he did last week of putting in there Andrea Brooks to be top advisors to the Department of Defense, and she's so far left she almost lives in Cuba.

Let's set aside Koh's disputed comments about the possible application of Sharia law in American jurisprudence.

Now remember one principle we've already covered: you cannot have two sovereigns within the same territory. And speaking of Sharia law, the United Kingdom is done. They're talking about putting in Sharia law and United Kingdom is about five years ahead of us, but I think the schedule that they have in bringing a lot of these things in will shorten that time-frame distance down considerably.

The pick is alarming for more fundamental reasons having to do with national sovereignty and constitutional self-governance. What is indisputable is that Koh calls himself a "transnationalist."

Now, pick up on that term—transnationalism.

He believes U.S. courts "must look beyond national interest to the mutual interests of all nations in a smoothly functioning international legal regime…"

Hmm! Remember the uproar that happened when Sandra Day O'Connor referred to other countries in making a consensus-judgment? Now it's going to become common place.

He thinks the courts have "a central role to play in domesticating international law into U.S. law"…

Now that sounds like bunch of gobbledy-gook, but it means transforming U.S. law and replacing it with international law. Now one thing about American law is this: when we started out with the Constitution, the law was based upon common law which came from the Bible. They changed that later into case law, so rather than judging everything by common law on its own merits, now you would have case law and you have these judges that make weird decisions and that becomes case law in which to argue other cases, instead of the law. What happens is, that moves us from case law toward canon law and canon law is European law. Canon law is: you are guilty until proven innocent; and that comes from the Roman Catholic Church. Now how many justices are Roman Catholic out of the nine? Five. Just think on that for a bit. And the court…

…should "use their interpretive powers to promote the development of a global legal system."

For what? For global government. We're going to have global financial system, right? They're working on a global religion of which Tony Blair, former prime minister of Britain, newly baptized into the Roman Catholic Church, is heading up a foundation to bring all religions together. And how many sermons have I given on that and even read from the World Bible. I have two of them at home.

Koh's "transnationalism" stands in contrast to good, old-fashioned notions of national sovereignty, in which our Constitution is the highest law of the land.

And above that is the Bible, and above that is God.

In the traditional view, controversial matters, whatever they may be, are subject to democratic debate here. They should be resolved by the American people and their representatives, not "internationalized."

So pay attention to how many times they say internationalism, global-policy, world cooperation. 'How we going to solve the pirate thing in Somalia?' Well, we've got to get an international commission to handle that. Remember that, just this last week?

What Holland or Belgium or Kenya or any other nation or coalition of nations thinks has no bearing on our exercise of executive, legislative, or judicial power.

Koh disagrees. He would decide such matters based on the views of other countries or transnational organizations…

We're going to talk about the transnational corporations, because the Bible talks about them.

…-or, rather, those entities' elites.

So most people don't realize it. There's a huge world government out there with these super-elites. And if someone says, 'Oh, that's conspiratorial-thinking.' How do you think all these things are coming down right now, if it's not a conspiracy? And if Satan is deceiving the whole world, who does he use? Elephants? No, he uses people, just like God uses people. There are those devoted to him. Just like Satan told Jesus, 'If you'll worship me, I will give you all the nations and the power and the glory of them.' So if you want to know where the super-elite are, look at the super-rich, which control the world. They are the ones.

Unsurprisingly, Koh is a strong supporter of the International Criminal Court, which could subject U.S. solders and officials to foreign criminal trials for their actions while fighting for our security.

Now remember, they arrested Malosevich, tried him over in the Hague. Remember that? That's where the International Criminal Court is. A Spanish judge wanted to indict Bush and Cheney for what they did in the Iraq War and I think it was finally kyboshed. I think the one who had the most to do with that was Rush Limbaugh, because he really raised a stink on that. This didn't start recently. The first big push to start getting this going was the Federal Reserve Bank, founded in Jekyll Island in 1913 by international bankers from Europe. The Federal Reserve has nothing to do with the federal government—it was never validly approved by the Congress. The law was passed late at night on Christmas Eve and no one read it. Sound familiar? A thousand-eighteen-page budget that no one read. Always have to have a crisis.

Now after that, guess who became president? Woodrow Wilson. And what did he do? He was one of the founders of the League of Nations. This has been in the works a long, long time. Only back when Woodrow Wilson wanted to do this there were enough senators and congressmen who knew better and did not approve the United States going into the League of Nations, so it collapsed; especially when Hitler started his thing, then it went down for good. However, they didn't give up on it, because they knew after World War II that they would bring it up again and sure enough, they did in 1947. They had in San Francisco the first convention for the United Nations of the world. Same people, same players, same agenda, and that also went down in a very similar way.

Yes, supporters of the criminal courts, which means: if someone does something over in that country which someone considers to be a crime, then they can have them arrested in that country, transported to the World Court, and put on trial. That World Court is where? In Europe. Which has what law? Canon law. So when you arrive, you are guilty. Let me read on.

He has recommended that American lawyers work to "undermine" official American opposition to the court. If only Koh's transnationalism ended there. Our 8th Amendment's prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment? Koh believes it should be reinterpreted in light of foreign and international law to pay "decent respect to the opinions of humankind."

That's all phrased in the way, 'Oh, isn't that nice? We consider other people's opinion.' But it's the elite that sets the opinion, not the average man on the street. Santorum goes on:
Old fogies like me believe we ought to pay more attention to the opinions of the Founders who wrote the Constitution and the people who have lived under it. If Americans want to end the death penalty, they can do so through their elected state representatives.

If foreign opinions trump those of Pennsylvanians on capital punishment, why not other issues? Why not, indeed: Koh thinks "international comity" trumps American sovereignty. He believes that, since certain nations recognize a right to same-sex marriage, our courts should, too. He wrote that "the principles of human dignity…

Now you see how they phrase it? Always phrase it in these wonderful sounding things.

…and autonomy that are the essence of the modern right-protecting democracy demand that civil marriage be available to all couples and that the equality of all citizens triumph over historical attitudes."…. [meaning Biblical attitudes.] …What's beneath this legal jargon? Simply this: Even if marriage in Pennsylvania has always been understood as involving one man and one woman—even if Pennsylvanians, through referendum or constitutional amendment, decide it should remain so—none of that should count. What should count are the view of courts in other nations or international bodies.

Now here's what Koh thinks of abortion. He said:

"I'd rather have [Supreme Court Justice Harry] Blackmun, who used the wrong reasoning in Roe to get the right results," Koh wrote of the landmark abortion case, "and let other people figure out the right reasoning."

That's saying that the law, and proper reasoning of the law, is of no account. 'We're going to go by what we want and our opinions stand, because we are the elite, we are the smart ones, we're the ones who do it.'

Stunning and revealing: Koh tells us it doesn't matter if the right to abortion can be found in the Constitution. In fact, he concedes that Blackmun's reasoning was wrong. But it is up to others to get it right.

And what have they been trying to do ever since? Get it right. How? Here's how he says you get it right:

By finding out what the United Nations, European Union, or particular Europeans nations think. Koh tops the list of Obama's potential Supreme Court nominees.

And guess who is in the weakest health of all? There are actually two: Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Justice Stevens, both liberals; but you get him on there and he's going to be such a powerhouse, he's going to corral the conservatives on the Supreme Court.

Is this what Sen. John Kerry meant when he once suggested that American policy must pass a "global test"?…. [By whose standard?] …Or what Barack Obama meant when he said last week that we have failed to "appreciate Europe's leading role in the world"?

Thank you for all the wars in the nineteenth-century. Thank you for the 100-Year War before that. Thank you for World War I and World War II and the communist uprising in Russia. Yes, let's follow their example. Isn't that a wonderful example for us?

Or when he spoke of "change we can believe in"? And just who are "we"?

I think his actions in bowing down to the king of Saudi Arabia tells more than anything else about Barack Hussein Obama, as well as his friendly, loving handshake and joking and jesting with Cesar Chavez, who hates America. Why is he so smug, why is he so set on doing this? What does he know that we don't know? What does he know that he is supposed to do?

Now there's another report that I couldn't substantiate, but I think it is a good source, where that the National Security Agency, which is direct with Obama, consults with Henry Kissinger's consulting firm daily.

Let's see where it's all heading: Financial New World Order: Toward Global Currency and World Government by Andrew Gavin Marshall. You can get this on www.globalresearch.ca/ and it is towards global currency. I'm going to be reading here just a little bit, but I think it's essential we understand what's going on. I know some people would not have me read this long, but I think it's important that you be patient and bear with me and listen to what I'm going to read, because this is a dynamic report, which tells us what they are doing.

Now let's understand this: George W. Bush set this up for Obama:

• with the first TARP package
• by calling the first G20 meeting in Washington, D.C.

Following the 2009 G20 summit, plans were announced for implementing the creation of a new global currency to replace the US dollar's role as the world reserve currency. Point 19 of the communiqué… [Which is in here, and I won't get into that.] …released by the G20 at the end of the Summit stated, "We have agreed to support a general SDR allocation which will inject $250-billion into the world economy…

Now if the US dollar's going down, why do you want 250-billion American dollars? Maybe it's not as bad as they say, but the propaganda is that they want to make it bad. If it's not really bad, then George Soros and company will short it, and drive it down to near nothing like they did to destroy the British pound here in the last two years.

…and increase global liquidity." SDRs, or Special Drawing Rights, are "a synthetic paper currency issued by the International Monetary Fund."

Which is located in Europe in Switzerland.

As the [London] Telegraph reported, 'the G20 leaders have activated the IMF's power to create money and begin global 'quantitative easing'.

So what are they going to do with this $250-billion, that's actually coming from America? The rest is going to come from the other G20 and it will be $1-trillion. This becomes reserve so they can increase the Special Drawing Rights 10-1. So that gives them $10-trillion worth of money that they can use on a global scale, which is accountable to no one but themselves. Most people don't understand that. They think, 'Oh, yes, they're going to rescue the world economy. Isn't that nice!' But what comes with the rescue?

In doing so, they are putting a de facto world currency into play. It is outside the control of any sovereign body. Conspiracy theorists will love it."

Because of all of those who have talked about the conspiracy have been right. First time I heard of it was in 1967, when I heard Myron Fagan talk about the Illuminati, and it was on three thirty-three vinyl records—the old record players. For some of you who are very young, that's old fashioned.

I remember going to the Feast and a certain minister would always invite us out. He was a big, leading evangelist who spoke on the radio, and all of that, and he would always invite us out to have dinner with his family and other ministers, because Dolores used to babysit the kids and everything. She practically grew them up for four years. She was in high demand because she was good, because no one could get away with anything. So she took care of that evangelist's kids and another evangelist's kids, and so forth. I told him, I said, 'Oh, Mr. So-and-so, you've got to hear this.' So I told him about it and he said, 'Oh, that conspiracy stuff, just forget it.' I thought, Whoa! So what I did, I said okay I'll just file it in the back of my mind and watch. In watching I found that everything was coming to pass exactly as he said on those records in 1967; and that was a recording which went back way before that time, clear back to 1948.

I personally believe that with the world currency coming, they've given up on regional currencies, because the Euro wasn't strong enough to handle the financial debacle and replace the dollar. So now they are looking to regional unions of economic spheres, all using a single global currency. So they have the European Union, which has 27 nations in it. Then they have the Gulf Cooperation Council and regional currency, which I talked about in a sermon, that all of the Arab states are getting organized; the Asian Monetary Union, which then will include China, Japan, and then there's a southeast Asian one; African Monetary Union; North American Monetary Union; the South American Monetary Union; and those are already in place. They already have the agreement; signed, sealed and delivered. As I mentioned before, there're going to be ten regions.

The comment was made: what happens to the Amero? Bye, bye, Amero. They won't need it; completely bypass it. What has happened, they have eliminated one step in their plan, because it's more efficient to go to a world currency. When you bring that in, you'll bring immediate prosperity, because there are no balance of payments between nations any longer.

He has many, many quotes here beginning with a survey by the IMF in 1998 about call for global currency. I've already covered a lot of those. But we know what Timothy Geithner said; and why was Timothy Geithner really the one wanted for the U.S. Treasury Department? I think that it was because he probably had already written all the regulations for global currency and the regulation of the G20. He was the president of the Federal Reserve in New York and he knew all the stuff that was going on; and he knew that it was going to go down. All the bankers knew it was going to go down. I don't think they realized it was going to be quite that bad. They already have the logo for it with the dollar sign, the Euro, and the yen—three. Have you ever heard of the Trilateral Commission? That's part of the conspiracy, too: Europe, America, and Japan. So we think, 'Oh, isn't that nice, all these countries are working together.' Hold on, hold on!
I have a little more reading to do, so please just bear with me.

A "New World Order Order" in Banking. In March 2008, following the collapse of Bear Stearns, Reuters reported on a document released by the firm, CreditSights, which said that, "Financial firms face a 'new world order'," and that, "More industry consolidation and acquisitions may follow after JPMorgan Chase & Co.…. [And they bought WAMU, Washington Mutual.] …In the event of future consolidation… [That is bringing banks together and making bigger banks.] …potential acquirers identified by CreditSights include JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bancorp, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America."

In June of 2008, before he was Treasury Secretary in the Obama administration, Timothy Geithner, as head of the New York Federal Reserve, wrote an article for the Financial Times following his attendance at the 2008 Bilderberg conference… [Bilderberger ring a bell? Yes.] …in which he wrote that, "Banks and investment banks whose health is crucial to the global financial system should operate under a unified regulatory framework"…

He's got it all written; it's done. Don't think they're just starting to implement it. They're putting it in place permanently.

…and he said that, "the U.S. Federal Reserve should pay a 'central role' in the new regulatory framework, working closely with supervisors in the U.S. and around the world."

Other bank supervisors. Guess who's going to be the inspector general of all the banks receiving TARP funds? The president of Fannie May. Let's go on; I have a little more to read.

In November of 2008, The National, a prominent United Arab Emirate newspaper, reported on Baron David de Rothschild…

The richest man in the world who controls banks in Europe and in England. He's the one who said, 'I care not who makes the laws, if I control the currency.'

…accompanying Prime Minister Gordon Brown on a visit to the Middle East, although not as a "part of the official party" accompanying Brown. Following an interview with the Baron, it was reported that, "Rothschild shares most people's view that there is a new world order. In his opinion, banks will deleverage and there will be a new form of global governance.

Which means government. And when one of the Arabs said, 'Oh, Mr. Rothschild, how did you do with the financial downturn?' He said, 'I did quite well, thank you, because I have insights into what's going on.' Meaning, we helped plan it.

In February of 2009, the Times Online reported that a "New world order in banking [is] necessary," and that, "It is increasingly evident that the world needs a new banking system and that it should not bear much resemblance to the one that has failed so spectacularly." But of course, the ones that are shaping this new banking system are the champions of the previous banking system…. [Yes, let the inmates run the insane asylum again.] …The solutions that will follow are simply the extensions of the current system, only sped up through the necessity posed by the current crisis.

They are going to have global finances; now, they need a global government. They are going to have a global legal system and a global religious system, and that's what's talked about in the book of Revelation. We have covered some of that.

Now, all of those who are looking to the old way, Europe is going to rise up and be the power—and I remember, someone wrote an article about the ten toes; one leg in east Europe, one leg in west Europe and we see the smoke rising up, and all of this—never happen. Same with all of the ne'er-do-well prophets and witnesses that the Church of God has produced out of the vanity of so many different men.

An Emerging Global Government:

A recent article in the Financial Post stated that, "The danger in the present course is that if the world moves to a 'super sovereign' reserve currency engineered by experts, such as the 'UN Commission of Experts' led by Nobel laureate economist Joseph Stiglitz, we would give up the possibility of a spontaneous money order and financial harmony for a centrally planned order and the politicization of money. Such a regime change would endanger not only the future value of money but, more importantly, our freedom and prosperity."

We'll tell you why in just a little bit.

Further, "An uncomfortable characteristic of the new world order may well turn out to be that global income gaps will widen because the rising powers, such as China, India and Brazil, regard those below them on the ladder as potential rivals." The author further states that, "The new world order thus won't necessarily be any better than the old one," and that, "What is certain, though, is that global affairs are going to be considerably different from now on."

In April 2009, Robert Zoellick, President of the World Bank, said that, "If leaders are serious about creating new global responsibilities or governance, let them start by modernizing multilateralism to empower the WTO, the IMF, and the World Bank Group to monitor national policies."

And I wrote a letter and gave a sermon that they are going to combine the World Bank and the IMF; they are going to do it.

David Rothkopf, a scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace… [That's one of those study groups which is pushing these things.] …former Deputy Undersecretary of Commerce for International Trade in the Clinton administration, and former managing director of Kissinger and Associates, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations… [Look how he's all hooked into the elite.] …recently wrote a book titled, Superclass: The Global Power Elite and WorldThey are Making, of which he is certainly a member. When discussing the role and agenda of the global "superclass," he states that, "In a world of global movements and threats that don't present their passports at national borders, it is no longer possible for a nation-state acting alone to fulfill its portion of the social contract."

So there needs to be a new contract—a world constitution.

In December of 2008, the Financial Times ran an article written by Gideon Rachman, a past Bilderberg attendee, who wrote that, "for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible"…

The big catch is America, so now you know why Obama is doing what he is doing, and the administration that he has is doing what it's doing to subjugate us, to make us good candidates for world government.

…and that, "A 'world government' would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics…

We'll talk about the beast that was and is not and yet is. If you haven't read the book, Diplomacy By Deceit, by Dr. John Coleman, out of Reno, go on line and look it up.

…backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force"…. [That's questionable, right now.] …He then asks if the European model could "go global," and states that there are three reasons for thinking that may be the case. First, he states, "it is increasingly clear that the most difficult issues facing national governments are international in nature: there is global warming, a global financial crisis and a 'global war on terror'." Secondly, he states that, "It could be done," largely as a result of the transport and communications revolutions having "shrunk the world." Thirdly, this is made possible through an awaking "change in the political atmosphere"…

Sound familiar? Change you can believe in.

…as "The financial crisis and climate change are pushing national governments towards global solutions, even in countries such as China and the U.S. that are traditionally fierce guardians of national sovereignty." He quoted an advisor to French President Nicolas Sarkozy as saying, "Global governance is just a euphemism for global government," and that the "core of the international financial crisis is that we have global financial markets and no global rule of law." However, Rachman states that any push towards a global government "will be a painful, slow process."

I think it will be painful, but it will come faster than he thinks.

He then states that a key problem in this push can be explained with an example from the EU, which "has suffered a series of humiliating defeats in referendums…

By having the people of Europe vote on the constitution for Europe.

…when plans for "ever closer union" have been referred to the voters. [So he said having people vote on it is not a good idea.] …In general, the Union has progressed fastest when far-reaching deals have been agreed by technocrats and politicians—and then pushed through without direct reference to the voters. International governance tends to be effective, only when it is anti-democratic.

Now you know why all the executive orders. I need to give a sermon on all the executive orders, which could slap on America a government of absolute oppression overnight. Now that I've done all the reading from the report, we'll look at the Bible.

A lot are saying that they're going to enact the Fairness Doctrine, and I don't think they are, because they got their man, they got their agenda, in spite of everything, the yelling and screaming of all of the radio talk-show hosts. In particularly, let me just mention about Dr. John Coleman, up in Reno, Nevada. He gets information fed to him directly from those who are in the elite, the secret organizations, and so forth. They know they are giving it to him. They know what he's publishing; they know the books that he has written. Why would they do that? To see if people are going to organize against them. But if the information goes out there and nothing happens, no movement is started, then let Dr. John Coleman rant and rave and write all he wants. It's not effective. It's just like the talk-show hosts, as liberal media would say, right-wing talk-show hosts, let them rant and rave all they want. Obama got elected; so no use shutting them down—just keep educating them out of the colleges so they'll vote that way and you don't have to worry about them. If you shut them down, there'd be a bigger stink, so just let them go. If he got in there in spite of all the efforts, all the money, all the talk, everything—why bother.

Come to Revelation 17:l. Here's the system that is being resurrected right now. "And one of the seven angels who had the seven vials came and spoke with me, saying to me, 'Come here; I will show you the judgment of the great whore who sits upon many waters."

Verse 15: "Then he said to me, 'The waters that you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages." We're talking about global worldwide things.

Verse 2: "With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication… [The whole political system is wrapped up: economics, religion, and government—kings of the earth.] …and those who dwell on the earth… [This is the world; this is a whole big thing.] …were made drunk with the wine of her fornication'…. [So they don't know what's going on.] …Then he carried me away in the spirit to a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet beast that had seven heads and ten horns, full of names of blasphemy. And the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and was adorned with gold and pearls and precious stones; and she had a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominations and the filthiness of her fornication; And across her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" (vs 2-5).

Now this has been interpreted: that's the Catholic Church and the Protestants. No, that's not correct. This is the old Babylonian religion resurrected of which come the Hindus, the Moslems, Baha'i, all the religions of the world, Catholicism, Eastern Orthodox, and Protestantism. Protestantism originally had less of Babylonianism in it, than it does now—but nevertheless, all of them.

"And I saw thee woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus…. [Let me ask you a question: Have Hindus killed Christians? Yes. Have animists killed Christians? Yes. Have Catholics, have Orthodox? Yes. Have Moslems? Yes. Have even the Protestants? Yes. So this is what it's talking about.] …And after seeing her, I wondered with great amazement…. [In other words, how could this be?] …Then the angel said to me, 'Why are you amazed? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns. The beast that you saw was, and is not, but is about to come up out of the abyss and to go into perdition'" (vs 6-8).

What is the abyss? The abyss is where the demons are held captive. So this means it's going to come up directly right out of the cauldron of Satan the devil. That's why I have in the book, Occult Holidays or God's Holy Days—Which?, warning the occult is going to sweep the world, and it's doing it right now.

"'…And those who dwell on the earth, whose names are not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, shall be astonished when they see the beast that was, but is not, and yet is…. [Now let me interpret this a little bit for you. A beast is a nation or an empire. This beast exists, but it's not a real beast because it does not have its own sovereign territory, and it does not have its own people. This is a beast that comes together, which rules over nations that have given up their sovereignty to the beast; and yet he is there.] …Here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits'" (vs 8-9).

Verse 18—this interprets who it is: "'And the woman whom you saw is the great city that has royal power over the kings of the earth.'" That could none other than Rome. The end-time source of all of these things is coming out of the Club of Rome—every bit of it. Remember: this is the only religious nation in the world, which the Vatican is, on its 105 acres, that has ambassadors from every nation in the world. Now why? Because it's essentially a political organization under the guise of religion.

Verse 10: "'And there are seven kings; five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he has come, it is ordained that he remain a little while. And the beast that was, and is not, he is also the eighth, and is from the seven, and goes into perdition'" (vs 10-11). As we have in the chart in the back of the Bible in one of the appendix, the seventh one was the rise of Hitler and Mussolini. What is happening to the world right now? It is being formed into a fascist state. You'll see that on the news: people talking about all the things that are happening in America; just like it happened with Hitler, just before World War II. So when the man of sin, the son of perdition, comes forth, with dynamic power, he's the eighth one, but it's from the system of the seventh.

"'And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings… [Now I noticed in the report: they have not abandoned the regional, economic union of nations. The only thing they are abandoning is the regional currency, because they're going to bring the world currency. So you will still have ten regions in the world that are set up according to the United Nations and those will be economic unions and, I believe, are going to completely bypass the regional currency. They're going to have someone who is a leader over them.] …who have not yet received a kingdom, but shall receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast'" (v 12).

So when the emergence of Christ showing Himself in the heavens takes place, and the tribulation begins; then, they will be given authority as kings because it says here: "'These all have one mind, and shall give up their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, but the Lamb shall overcome them; for He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful'" (vs 13-14).

Now never forget: you have been called to be faithful, to be trained to take over the world and rule in the Kingdom of God, under Christ, when He returns from heaven. It's not going to be a movement of men that you can go out and join and do this and do that and do the other thing. It is a special calling by God and there are a lot of people who are being called, but are sort of sitting on the fence wondering what to do.

• What you need to do is repent
• What you need to do is get baptized
• What you need to do is get right with God—not wait.

Verse 17: "'For God has put into their hearts to do His will, and to act with one accord, and to give their kingdom to the beast until the words of God have been fulfilled.'" Let's also see who is involved; isn't that something? That's why they feel dedicated to a higher purpose, but you see, all of this begins when people start going away from God. As I mentioned, in America the leaven that leavened the whole lump was Sunday-keeping, Easter, and the occult holidays vs Sabbath, Passover, and the Holy Days.

Revelation 18:1: "And after these things I saw an angel descending from heaven, having great authority; and the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried out mightily with a loud voice, saying, 'Babylon the Great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a habitation of demons, and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hated bird… [Now v 3 is very enlightening.] …Because all nations have drunk of the wine of the fury of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the power of her luxury'" (vs 1-3).

The merchants are the bankers, the transnational corporations, the big, modern names that are recognized as world-brands; be they cars, be they soft drinks, be they food, whatever. And they make their money by going over the borders of nations, avoiding the laws of different nations and that's why they are crying out for a world economic system with laws. They get rich by it. You've heard how many stories of different inventions that have come along which would save a lot on gasoline, or do things, and all of a sudden they are gone. If someone who is not of their party—that is economically, politically, and religiously—they destroy. Witness, Sarah Palin: she doesn't belong to the secret inner-workings of the elite.

Verse 4: "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, 'Come out of her, My people… [That's what God is saying. You are to come out of this system. You are not to be involved in any of these movements. They may seem well-intended; they seem like they're really going to do good; and they seem like all the voices of the people are finally going to be heard. Never happen! because you're going against the prophecies of the Bible and against God.It will happen! The only way it's going to work is if you repent and come out of it.] …so that you do not take part in her sins, and that you do not receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached as far as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities'" (vs 4-5).

Now when God intervenes to bring His power and fury against this whole world-system, here's what's going to happen: "'Render to her as she has rendered to you; and give to her double, even according to her works. In the cup that she mixed, give her back double. To the degree that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, give to her as much torment and sorrow. For she says in her heart, "I sit a queen enthroned, and am not a widow; and in no way shall I experience sorrow." For this reason, her plagues shall come in one day—death and sorrow and famine; and she shall be burned with fire; for the Lord God, Who executes judgment upon her, is powerful. Then the kings of the earth who have committed fornication with her and have lived luxuriously, will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning'" (vs 6-9).

So the final economic collapse is going to be just stunning, as well as the wars and the plagues and everything that is going to come upon them because of it.

Verse 10: "'They will stand far off for fear of her torment, saying, "Woe, woe, the great city Babylon, the mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come."'" Then all the great trading is going to cease. Now the city Babylon represents the whole worldwide system, because the city, represented by Rome, does what? Rules over and sits on people, nations, languages, and tongues.

Come to Isaiah 47:1 (pg 538); let's see something very important. Here is a prophecy of this very thing. "'Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; sit on the ground. There is no throne for you, O daughter of the Chaldeans, for you shall no more be called tender and delicate. Take the millstones and grind meal. Push back your veil, draw up your skirt, uncover your leg, pass over the rivers. Your nakedness shall be uncovered… [That's what Rev. 18 is talking about.] …your shame shall be seen; I will take vengeance and I will not meet you as a man.' As for our Redeemer, the LORD of hosts is His name, the Holy One of Israel" (vs 1-4).

Jesus Christ is our champion, our hero, our king, our high priest; and we have been called to a fantastic calling. So when He returns to this earth, we'll be resurrected and meet Him on the Sea of Glass in the air, and then He's going to instruct us on how we're going to take over the world. We're going to see the judgment, with the seven last plagues, upon Babylon the great, their armies, and all the system of the whole world. So it's coming.

Verse 5: "'Sit silent, and go into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans; for you shall no more be called the lady of kingdoms. I was angry with My people, I have polluted My inheritance, and given them into your hand. You showed them no mercy; you have very heavily laid your yoke upon the aged. And you said, "I shall be a lady forever;" so you did not lay these things to your heart, nor did you remember the latter end of it. Now then hear this, O lover of pleasures, who sits securely; who says in her heart, "I am, and none else beside me…"'" (vs 5-8).

That's direct reference to this world system of religion. Unless you belong to the world system of religion, you have no salvation, and the Roman Catholic Church says in their earlier writings that if you do not belong to the hierarchal Roman Catholic Church, you do not have salvation. All of the Protestants may be ecclesiastical associations, but they are not part of the Church of Rome. They'll probably modify that as we go down the road in prophecy to be more inclusive and they're already doing this, because every year with the Hindu feast of Diwali, the pope sends congratulations and wishing them a wonderful feast. Who else does he do it to? I don't know, but I'm sure he does.

"'"…I shall not sit as a widow, nor shall I know the loss of children." But these two things shall come to you in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood. They shall come upon you in their fullness for the multitude of your sorceries, and for the great abundance of your enchantments'" (vs 8-9). Remember: all powers fall when they reach the pinnacle of power. That's why we're seeing the U.S. go down: we've reached the pinnacle of power; economically, militarily, politically, and we've overspent, just like the Russians did when they were in Afghanistan and that's what brought the Soviet Union down. We're going to see the same thing with us and we're going to take a big hit downward.

Verse 10: "'For you have trusted in your wickedness; you have said, "No one sees me." Your wisdom and your knowledge has perverted you; and you have said in your heart, "I am, and there is no one else."'"

Now then it defines the system a little bit more, because this tells us all about it. Sometimes it's good if we read through the whole section of the Bible, so we that we get the full identification of it. So let's do that. "'Stand now with your enchantments, and with the multitude of your sorceries, in which you have wearied yourself since your youth. Perhaps you will be able to profit; perhaps you may prevail. You are exhausted by the multitude of your counsels; now let the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save you from these things that shall come upon you. Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame; there shall not be a coal to warm them; nor fire, to sit before it. Thus shall they be to you with whom you have labored, even your merchants from your youth. Each one shall wander to his own quarter; none shall save you'" (vs 12-15).

Now let's look and see how Jeremiah talked of this worldwide system and of that very cup, that very cup. So there will be a world government, there will be an active world court, world currency; and once they get that in, it's going to work really, really good. It'll make prosperity. All of a sudden there'll be prosperity unheard of, because you can buy and sell anywhere in the world and there will be no balance of trade problems. There will be no currency deficiencies, or whatever. Now if you do something overseas, if you get caught in a currency downturn, and you're a company overseas that made a deal with someone in another country and your currency goes down, you lose money. Now all of that is eliminated. Just like here in America, if Californians buy from New York, they don't tally up how much was spent going to New York and then at the end of the year, figure out that we owe more money to New York; or New York didn't buy enough from us, so they owe money to us. That will eliminate currency speculation and the whole thing. So the world will say, 'This is a good thing. Don't you want the speculators put out of business?' Yes, we want them put out of business. 'Don't you want it regulated so there will be no depression?' Yes. 'Don't you want it so there will be prosperity?' And thus fulfill 1-Thes. 5 which says, 'When they shall peace and security, then sudden destruction comes upon them.'

Jeremiah 25:15. The first part of it talks about Babylon and King Nebuchadnezzar. Then it blends into the end-time Babylon. "For thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, to me, 'Take the wine cup of this wrath at My hand, and cause all the nations to whom I shall send you to drink it…. [Now we'll see to whom he was sent. We won't read them all, but it's summarized here a little bit.] …And they shall drink, and reel to and fro… [because why? They're drunk, as it says in Rev. 17 with the wine of her fornication.] …and be crazed because of the sword that I will send among them.' Then I took the cup at the LORD'S hand, and made all the nations drink, to whom the LORD had sent me" (vs 15-17). Where does he begin? Jerusalem. Where are the problems at the end-time going to start, what is the spark? Jerusalem, and the king of the north and the king of the south, right? Yes, indeed.

Let's come over here to v 26, after he lists all of these nations. "And all the kings of the north, far and near… [Jeremiah never got there, so this is a prophecy for our day.] …one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are on the face of the earth…[That can only be the end-times.] …and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them. 'Therefore you shall say to them, "Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, 'Drink and be drunk, and vomit, and fall… [So the reason is, if you want to sin, you're going to get the result and consequences of it. If you want to reject God, and follow Satan the devil and Babylon the great, you're going to get the results of it.] …and rise no more because of the sword which I will send among you.'" And it shall come to pass if they refuse to take the cup at your hand to drink, then you shall say to them, "Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'You shall certainly drink'"'" (vs 26-28).

Which means, we must prepare for the coming Kingdom of God which comes from heaven when Jesus returns; because no one is going to stop it. God has prophesied it to happen and He knows how the countries and nations are working. He knows how they have rejected Him, so this is His judgment upon them.

Verse 29: "'"For lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by My name; and shall you go unpunished?.... [All the nations of the world.] …You shall not go unpunished. For I will call for a sword on all the inhabitants of the earth,' says the LORD of hosts."'" Now that's all inclusive, isn't it? Yes, indeed. Now as we get toward Pentecost, we will cover the events, which will unfold from this and fulfill that.

Verse 30: "'And prophesy against them all these words, and say to them, "The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter His voice from His Holy habitation. He shall mightily roar over His dwelling place. He shall give a shout, like those who tread out grapes, against all the people of the earth. A noise shall come to the ends of the earth; for the LORD has a controversy with the nations; He will plead with all flesh. He will give those who are wicked to the sword," says the LORD.' Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be stirred up from the farthest corners of the earth. And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth; they shall not be mourned, nor gathered, nor buried. They shall be as dung on the ground'" (vs 30-33).

So that's what's going to happen to this system. That's why God says, 'Do not become a part of it.' And why do they not heed the warnings that come from God? Because they believe the lie. They will believe that the man of sin, the son of perdition, is from God. They will believe the false prophets, as I covered in a sermon here earlier. They will accept the mark of the beast and that will be the final economic solution. It will go beyond that because they will control your thoughts; they will control your mind; they will put into your mind what they want you to think. They're working on it right now. I'll have to bring a sermon on that. So that shows exactly what's going to happen.

Let's come back to Daniel 8:17 (pg 860) (I won't go through the whole vision): "So he… [That is the angel Gabriel.] …came near where I stood. And when he came, I was terrified and fell upon my face. But he said to me, 'Understand, O son of man, for the vision is for the time of the end.' Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep, my face toward the ground. But he touched me and set me upright. And he said, 'Behold, I will make you know what shall happen in the latter time of the indignation, for it is for the appointed time of the end'" (vs 17-19).

Now it started out early with the ram, having two horns: the kings of Media and Persia. And then v 21: Alexander the Great of the shaggy goat of the king of Greece, which had a great horn between his eyes, is the first king. Then that being broken, four kingdoms stood up out of it.

Now, v 23—this ties in with Rev. 13; 2-Thess. 2; Dan. 11. "And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors have come to the full, a king, fierce of countenance and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty… [And that's what we read of the beast who had the deadly wound that was healed, back in Rev. 13—isn't it?] …but not by his own power…. [For Satan the devil will give him his power, his throne, and his great authority.] …And he shall destroy marvelously, and shall prosper and do his own will, and destroy the mighty and the holy people…. [The martyrdom of the saints.] …And also through his cunning he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand. And he shall magnify himself in his heart, and in time of security shall destroy many…. [Now this identifies it with Revelation very clearly.] …He also shall stand up against the Prince of princes. But he shall be broken without a human hand" (vs 23-25). We read that in Rev. 19.

Again notice: these are worldwide events. If you get on a plane, especially American Airlines, when you start going into the entrance, right there, they have a nice big dot symbolizing the world, and it says, 'One world'—all part of the system; all a part of the world. That's why God says, 'Come out of the world; come out of her My people.'

Daniel 7:23: "'Thus he said, "The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be different from all the other kingdoms and shall devour the whole earth, and shall trample it and break it in pieces. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise. And another shall arise after them…. [That's the beast power.] …And he shall be different from the first, and he shall subdue three kings…. [We don't know exactly how that's going to fall. There have been many speculations on what it is, and I want to be someplace else when this takes place.] …And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High… [Rev. 13, has power to martyr the saints. God wants us to stand up for Him unto death, because Jesus stood up for us unto death.] …and think to change the set times and laws"'" (vs 23-25).

When this system first came in, that's exactly what they did. They changed from Sabbath to Sunday and from Passover to Easter. Those are the set times of God. "'"And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and one-half time…. [That is three and a half years.] …But the judgment shall sit… [We'll cover this when we get into the events leading up to Pentecost and Trumpets.] …and his dominion shall be taken away to be consumed and to be destroyed unto the end"'" (vs 25-26).

Now notice what's going to happen. Here's where we take over after God does all of this, after the resurrection. "'"And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High… [Who have overcome, who have changed, who grew in grace and knowledge, who developed the Godly character with the Spirit of God to qualify to rule as kings and priests.] …Whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. And all kingdoms shall serve and obey Him." Here is the end of the matter. As for me, Daniel, my thoughts troubled me greatly, and my countenance changed. But I kept the matter in my heart.'" (vs 27-28). Remember at the end in Dan. 12 he said, 'Oh, Lord, when will the end of these things be?' He said, 'It's not for you to know, it's closed and sealed until the time of the end.' We are here at the time of the end.

Now it says 'the wise shall understand,' but the wicked shall not understand. So we have to be wise in loving God and serving Him, being faithful to Him, and He will give us the understanding that we need. So this is the world government that is coming. It's coming very fast and the resistance from America is what they have to overcome in order to bring it in. It looks like it's going to succeed in the not too distant future. It will begin with a world currency.
