Greetings, everyone! Welcome to Sabbath services! We're going to have everything setup so that beginning next week—with this sermon that we're going to cover today—we will have it up online so anyone, when the Sabbath comes to you, it will be available before sundown New Zealand time.

Then in all 24 time zones around the world, you can download and watch a Sabbath sermon that was given the Sabbath before. This way then we're going to be able to provide more for more people without having to be restricted with a phone call in and you have to do it a certain time or a Skype call-in, either one, which on a small scale those things work pretty good. But if we're doing it around the world, it's not going to work quite that well.

We've heard so much about disaster trouble and all kinds of problems, so I'm going to do something entirely different, something I haven't done in a long, long time. As a matter of fact, I don't even remember when I gave a sermon on this. It is concerning the booklet, God or No God.

Duncan MacLeod did an excellent job in writing this book. He has all the facts in it necessary. But I heard the other day that 20% of the youth between 15-20% of the youth are now atheists. How did they become atheists? Why did they become atheists?

I might even in this series give a sermon, I Agree 90% With the Atheists, because in analyzing what the atheists are really angry about, it's religion and silly practices and superstitions and taking away the dignity of the individual to make their own choices.

I'm going to cover seven proofs that God exists. I've got another book here by Ray Comfort—he's a big discomfort to atheists—entitled: Nothing Created Everything. There are a few quotes in here that are quite good. I'm going to be doing a lot of reading, but I will be doing some reading. Let's first write down the seven proofs of God:

  • Creator

You can also have that as Maker or the one Who forms or the Former.

  • Design

Everything has design. My son Jonathan designs homes. If he doesn't have a good design and if his client does not have a good contractor and the contractor have good workers, you end up with problems. He can design some of the best homes you would ever want. They come to him because he is a good designer. Subordinate to designer is order, or the one who orders it, gets it lined up, however you want to put it, or the process has been designed.

  • Life

That's the one no one can figure out. With that you can put, subordinate to that, power and energy.

  • Sustainer

That sort of overlaps into power as well, you see. Then you can put all of those together and categorize them as God's purpose.

  • Law

Law proves there is God, because law is everywhere. When we talk about law, we're not just talking about the Ten Commandments or the laws of God. We're talking about every law everywhere in everything that God has created. All of that proves God.

  • Prophecy

He tells the beginning from the ending. Or you could put fulfilled prophecy. Past-fulfilled prophecy is a proof of God. Seeing prophecy being fulfilled shows that God is still carrying on His work of fulfilling prophecy. So, that comes back to the fact that He has power, that He has designed it, that He is Creator.

  • Answered prayer

Before we get into #1, looking at the Creator, let's look at a few other things that are very interesting, which are in the very first part of important books of the Bible.

Whenever you talk about creation or Creator, you cannot avoid going to Genesis, the first chapter. We're going to see how similar that these are and how they all tie together. We could also put another one there where we have law. That means all laws everywhere, but we could also put—the Word of God, because there's no book like this in the world. None of the books of any of the atheists can even do just a little smidgen of what the Bible does.

Genesis 1:1: "In the beginning God..." Since everything we see and understand has to be made, the question always comes up: Who made God? That's something we don't understand because we are at a certain level of mental ability and a certain level of God's created structure. You might say:

  • Level 1 is just the things.
  • Level 2 is all life, excluding man.
  • Level 3 is man's existence.
  • Level 4 is angelic existence.
  • Level 5 is God's existence.

In order to know about God, we've got to come from the 3rd to the 5th. We cannot know where God came from. I don't think our minds could handle it.

These are the verses in the Bible that have to do with the beginning. Let's understand that we'll see a little later that God says He's the Beginning and the Ending, that He is the First and the Last. This is just a little bit different and reveals to us something that Gen. 1 does not, which says 'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.' The Hebrew word for God is Elohim, which means more than one. What we have here in John 1 is a little expansion on Elohim, telling us how many are in Elohim.

John 1:1: "In the beginning was the Word... [that applies to Christ] ...and the Word was with God... [that means that He was with Him face-to-face] ...and the Word was God." Not as some have translated, 'a god,' with a little 'g'. He was God!

We find later that He manifested Himself in the flesh and was called God manifested in the flesh. Now let's come to the Epistle of 1-John and let's see how this ties in with it too. Because here in the epistle of 1-John, John is telling us about Jesus Christ and tells us a little bit more about God.

1-John 1:1: "That which was from the beginning... [that has to refer to the One Who became Jesus Christ] ...that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our own eyes, that which we observed for ourselves and our own hands handled, concerning the Word of life… [that ties many, many things together] …(and the life was manifested, and we have seen, and are bearing witness, and are reporting to you the eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested to us)" (vs 1-2). This also gives us a little more identification—doesn't it? It tells us that one of the Elohim was the Father!

Verse 3: "That which we have seen and have heard we are reporting to you in order that you also may have fellowship with us; for the fellowship—indeed, our fellowship—is with the Father and with His own Son, Jesus Christ."

That ties back in with John 1 and agrees with Gen. 1. Let's see what it says in Heb. 1. Again, we have three different writers, or in the case of Genesis there may have been a first writer and Moses was the second writer copying information already given. All of these are in the first verse of these books:

Hebrews 1:1: "God, Who spoke to the fathers at different times in the past and in many ways by the prophets, has spoken to us in these last days by His Son…. [We have information here that He was made the Son. Other Scriptures we can bring into it, like we have before.] …Whom He has appointed heir of all things... [the universe] ...by Whom also He made the worlds... [or ages] (it tells us a little bit more about Christ]: ...Who, being the brightness of His glory and the exact image of His person... [that agrees exactly with John 1:1, He was with God and He was God] ...and upholding all things by the word of His own power..." (vs 1-3).

We will see that this verse ties in with #4: Sustainer. He's upholding everything by the Word of His power. There is not a thing that exists and is maintained that Christ does not maintain. He has the power over it.

Let's see what Jesus said after He was resurrected, Matthew 28:18: "And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.'" That's all inclusive—isn't it? Yes, indeed! All authority! He upholds it and He has the authority to do it. He has the authority to carry things out by the Word of His own power.

This becomes very important when we understand about sin, Hebrews 1:3: "...when He had by Himself purged our sins..." This was done singularly by Christ, because He was the Creator of all mankind. Of course, being manifested in the flesh, that is the only sacrifice that would cover every human being, through all time—past, present and in future.

"...purged our sins... [or made cleansing for our sins] ...sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high" (v 3). Then it tells us a little bit more about Christ, so we'll cover a couple of more verses here so that we can get a clearer picture of it.

Verse 4: "Having been made so much greater than any of the angels... [by the fact that He was God, was made lower than the angels and was made a man, then resurrected and coming back as God in full power of God, with all authority. That's greater than any of the angels.] ...inasmuch as He has inherited a name exceedingly superior to them."

Let's look at a couple of Psalms and then we will get into God the Creator. Let's also understand that as we're going through and looking at the Scriptures, there is no other book in the world that you can do what we are doing. No other book in the world where you can have either a concordance and you can look up all the words, whether it's in a book or whether it's digital on a computer. You can put everything together and begin to understand the message that God has given in the Bible. Try that with any other book there is. It'll never happen.

This tells us more about God, Psalm 90:1: "O LORD, You have been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever You had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting You are God" (vs 1-2).

The New Testament brings out this same concept that is ages of eternity. Right now we are living in a segment of eternity called the age of man. Whatever our time span is going to be, even though it's noted in numbers, we are that much of a part of eternity. God's plan is to lift us from the 3rd level of existence to His level of existence. So therefore, we will be the eternal sons of God.

Let's talk about what do the atheists believe. There are some good quotes in here. I'm not going to read anymore than just a few here. They're talking about how evolution can happen.

from: Nothing Created Everything by Ray Comfort:

pg 18—How could any sane person believe that the eye simply evolved?….

The eye is a fantastic and most important thing that we have. Sex is another problem. They haven't answered the question: How did sex evolve?

...The necessary ingredient to believe is "time." Massive amounts of it. Scientific America explains: "Time is in fact the hero of the plot. The time with which we have to deal is of the order of two billion years....

You can't even fathom that.

...What we regard as impossible on the basis of human experience is meaningless here…."

So Richard Dawkins, one of the famous atheists of today says:

"Given sufficient time...

How do we know? Have we ever seen it happen? All of this they claim to be scientific, but they have never seen evolution take place.

...the non-random survival of hereditary entities (which occasionally miscopy)...

Oh, oh, what's going to happen with the miscopy? It's kind of like the book here. You've got two half-faces of a man on the cover.

...will generate complexity, diversity, beauty, and an illusion of design so persuasive that it is almost impossible to distinguish from deliberate intelligent design."

Think on that! How is that going to be?

pg 20—…The real test is whether or not the long-term combination of genetic variation and natural selection could indeed produce a structure as complex and well-adapted as the eye, and the answer to that question is a resounding "yes."

I don't know how that can be. I just do not know.
They… [the scientists] ...simply believe.

  • They believe?
  • They have a faith?
  • Can you measure 2-billion years back? No!
  • Can you see 2-billion years back? No!
  • How do you know it's 2-billion years back? We believe!

Why do you condemn Christians for believing on things that can be proved and you believe things that are impossible to prove? And you claim superior intelligence?

pg 20—Scientists have yet to find even a single mutation that increases... [or improves] ...genetic information. The fact is that there is no evidence showing that mutations have ever created any new features."

If the brain were so powerful, how many people have looked at themselves in the mirror and said, 'Oh, I wish...'—I was taller, I was shorter, I was more beautiful, I was more handsome—whatever. Some today are so mixed up they wished that they were more ugly. Who knows? So, here's the conundrum: All of this is thought of and proposed, written about, and believed; and I like this statement:

...without stirring from our armchair, we can see that it must be so.

So, they sit back with their feet up on their desk. That's talking about the great improbability of the eye. 'We know that it must be so that it involved.'

Yet, we now know that mutations can only modify or eliminate existing structures, not create new ones.…

Now they can operate on the genetic code, the DNA, the RNA, and the cells.

...In our genetic blueprint, the DNA letters that define these features can occasionally be rearranged or lost through mutations but will not explain the additions needed by evolution.

There is no way to explain evolution!

Scientists have yet to find even a single mutation that increases genetic information.

So if they can't find it, it doesn't exist. Here's a response by an atheist:
pg 24: …"Nothing created anything" would be correct if we re-write it to say: "Atheists do not believe that anything was 'created.'"….

Now you see the conundrum that they are in. Once they get the big bang, once they get the stars, once they get the universe out there, what is the word they use over and over again? Created! Yet, they don't believe in creation. Have you ever seen an explosion create anything? I think it does the opposite; it destroys something—right? Like the old saying: God's command to the atheist is, 'You create your own dirt and you get your own big bang. Don't come and steal from Me.'

…That one would encompass most atheists, I guess. And there is no embarrassment for that. Nor intellectual, nor otherwise. But it is incorrect if it means: Atheists believe that "nothing" was the "creative force" that produced the universe. Not because it "would be an intellectual embarrassment," but because that does not describe what any atheist I know thinks (not believes, but thinks). I bet most would claim not to know what if anything produced the universe. We could cite big bangs and such, but &!$*, I do not understand anything of those theories. But that does not mean God... [so we eliminate God] ...nor that "nothingness" would be something I "believe" to be a creative force….

Now you see how they are reasoning around. We're going to see what God says about that and why the creation is the evidence against them that God is the Creator and nothing else could do it. But the thinking is amazing.

pgs 24-25—So, what do I think (not believe, think), well, I think that natural processes are behind the universe. Not "nothing" but natural processes. It would be more accurate if Ray said, "Atheists believe that nobody created the universe."

How can that be? Then Comfort responds:

...he thinks that nothing was "created," that we are not living in a "creation"—because that has strong connotations of there being a Creator....

Really! You can't possibly have that!

...He therefore can't use the word "made" because that speaks of a Maker—and that speaks of God, any thoughts of God speaks of some sort of moral responsibility.

That's the conundrum of the atheists. God has already taken care of that. This is why He made the creation and made it so absolutely awesome and so convincing and so intricate. Of course, in this age where we can go and get pictures of the universe way out where no one has ever seen before, so the thing gets down they don't want a moral responsibility. Even when they have evidence right in front of their eyes! They say they have to see to believe.

Here's this fish called a coelacanth. They have a fossil of it and say, 'This fossil is 135-million years old.' Off the coast of South Africa a fisherman caught a coelacanth and they compared it with the fossil and it was exactly the same. Oops! 135-million years and no evolution? I wonder what happened? The eternal fish!

Romans 1:18: "Indeed, the wrath of God... [That's why Christ is returning in the power that is because they're rejecting God.] ...is revealed from heaven upon all ungodliness... [which is what we are just reading. Their statements wherever they are, whether in this book of wherever they are printed are ungodly.] ...and unrighteousness of men... [the truth is, they don't want moral responsibility] ...who suppress the Truth in unrighteousness."

Notice how close to the Truth they come. They say in another one, there's another quote:

'Nothing didn't create everything because there's energy and there's power and that is the force behind it.'

Where did energy and power from come?

Now here's what God says, v 19: "Because that which may be known of God is manifest among them..." Like one biologist—S.P. Gupta—I read his whole book, Quantum Biology. When they got down to studying the single cell, the thing that was so profound to him as a quantum biologist was that the life was in the outer edge of the cell. All the inner parts were the inner working of nutrition and getting rid of waste and all of this sort of thing.

He saw that as a part of eternal life because it keeps going. Then he talks about human beings. Then he talks about taking care of babies in the womb so that all of the individual cells—all of us are trillions of cells put together in the form of a human body—function independently, but is synchronized to the rest of the body by the brain and the processes that God has made.

Here he is coming from an atheist community, so he sees this life. Then he talks about human life, how that what we need to do to straighten out human life is to have love. Look how close to the real thing he came, but missed it. Just like these men because God has shown it to them.

Verse 20: "For the invisible things of Him are perceived from the creation of the world, being understood by the things that were made—both His eternal power and God-head—so that they are without excuse." You can understand God by the things that are made.

There was a time when they knew God, v 21: "Because when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but they became in vain in their own reasonings... [or imaginations. I just read it to you—didn't I?] ...and their foolish hearts were darkened. While professing themselves to be the wise ones, they became fools" (vs 21-22).
Then it talks about what happened. What the scientists don't know and they're not willing to recognize is there is a satanic evil power that is going to lead these men back into occultism, witchcraft and satanism, which is what we're seeing today, everywhere. Look at any movie, look at any production on television, it's: death, doom, gloom, and destruction. Who is leading that? Satan is!

Also, they have this transhumanism. With transhumanism, men say to themselves, 'We're going to find immortality.' So, they're looking for the death gene. But if they can excise the death gene, there will be immortality. Really? That's the same philosophy of Satan from the beginning! If you eat of the fruit of this tree, which is what they're doing with these kinds of things, you shall become like God deciding good and evil. That's where it's going.

They even have programs now, I think one of them is called Ghost, they're going around haunted houses and caves looking for demons, and they're going to find them! Once you reject the true God as Creator and Savior and you get into your own vain intellectualism, you don't know anything about Satan the devil and he is going to capture you and lead you right into worshiping him! That's what this transhumanism is all about. That's what all of these things we could go on and read more, but what happens? You can read the rest of it. God leaves them over to their own devices. They destroy their own lives and lives of others, and one of the worst things they become—how shall we say—reprobate minds, meaning void of any understanding. That leads to being God-haters.

This is what 15-20% of the youth coming out of the high schools going into the colleges are now beginning to believe. The reason they're rejecting any form of Christianity is because Christianity has made an absolute fool of itself with the false doctrines and fairy tales and trivialities that they have to try and palm off as something direct from God when it's no more than just another form of satanic lawlessness with a gloss of goodness over it.

 (go to the next track)

Today even though the atheists and the evolutionists claim they know more than ever before, they know less and can't really explain why they believe what they believe. Isaiah 40 is a great, great chapter. When you tie in together everything that we can do going down to the miniscule, going down and electronically examining: cells, atoms, protons, electrons. Stop and think of this for a minute.

In Europe they have this great huge $20-billion cyclotron. They have some of the biggest magnets on earth and some of the biggest generators to generate the power so they can shoot down through this cyclotron the smallest particles they're able to do to see if they can get two of them to collide to find out how fusion comes about.
Luckily, if they can figure that out, then they can capture fusion like a little sun and hold it together with the magnetic power. Then have that little small bundle of sun generate mammoth power. They haven't been able to do it, yet. The best scientists, the best engineers proclaiming themselves to be the wise ones still haven't made it go bang in their huge cyclotron.

That little blip of fusion that they're striving so hard to find is like a single cell from the sun. How many galaxies and suns are there in the universe now? When we read this in Isa. 40 [transcriber's correction] I want you to think about all of the things we have to really examine the heavens. Of course, we're still missing almost all of it. I want you to think what a witness that is to all the atheists and evolutionists. Let's think about all of these important people, intelligent men, having so much available to them to really prove about the true God, His existence and His creation. God here is mocking them, saying, 'All right, you're so intelligent, come on, let's have you reason a little bit.'

Isaiah 40:12: "Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand... [In other words, can you really understand the truth about all the oceans and all the water in the earth? That's only part of the water because there's a lot of water out in the universe.] ...and meted out the heavens with a span?…." In this book Nothing Created Everything they are arguing, 'No, we can't admit that nothing made everything, because nothing would be something. If nothing is nothing, how can nothing be something.' So, God says, 'Okay, here's what I did with a span. Wave your arm and see what you can do.'

"...And who has comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure... [God knows everything about every speck of dust, dirt, rock and everything in the earth, right down through to the core of the earth.] ...and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?…. [if you're so smart and you know everything, God says]: …Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD... [Where were you when I was making these things? Were you talking over My shoulder and say, Oh, no, Lord, do it this way. Who did He take counsel with?] ...and who was His counselor that he might instruct Him? With whom did He take counsel, and who instructed Him... [Did you?] ...and taught Him in the path of judgment, and taught Him knowledge, and made known the way of understanding to Him?" (vs 12-14).

For all you politicians, striving, fighting, all of this over power, who is going to be in charge? What you need to do is every one of you repent and get on your knees before your Maker. You better do like King Nebuchadnezzar; you better read Nebuchadnezzar's epistle to every leader in the world where he learned that the Most High rules in the kingdoms of men, because here's how God views all of your power, all of your pomp, all of your arrogance.

Verse 15: "Behold, the nations are like a drop in a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the scales... [like you blow a little dust off your hand] ...behold, He takes up the isles as a very little thing. And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor the beasts of it sufficient for a burnt offering" (vs 15-16). You want a world government? You want control over all nations? Here's how God looks at them.

Verse 17: "All nations before Him are as nothing; and they are counted by Him as less than nothing, and vanity." Think of that! If man at his very best is vanity, then all nations of the world are vanity--is that not correct? A combination of all human beings together? Yes, indeed! Now, get on your real good suspenders, so you can put your thumb right under your suspenders and tell us how good you are.

Verse 18: "To whom then will you compare God? Or what likeness will you compare to Him?" Everybody has their idols. Some make graven images; all the scientists and atheists have the idols of their own mind. They worship their own minds and they worship their own thoughts. Here's an important principle. Not just the idols that are made. Oh, yes, I agree with all the atheists who say all of the idols that men make for religious purposes are nothing. God says the mind, the brains, the cells in your head that you worship as greater than God, those are worse than the idols that men make.

God brings that out here, Ezekiel 14:1: "And some of the elders of Israel came to me [Ezekiel] and sat before me." They came to the prophet of the Lord. They wouldn't do this otherwise, but they were in captivity and they didn't like the captivity. They were in captivity because they rejected God.

Verse 2: "And the Word of the LORD came to me, saying, 'Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts... [that's where all idolatry is] ...and put the stumbling block of their iniquity before their faces….'" (vs 2-3). Want to come to God with all their iniquity, but sit down nice and pompous and 'we'll have an official counsel here with the prophet and we want to know what God says.'

God says: "'…Should I at all be inquired of them?'" (v 3). You don't approach God without repentance. You don't come to God with your ideas. You don't come to God with your thoughts, because those are your idols. Read Isa. 55 where it says, 'Let the wicked man forsake his thoughts and the unrighteous man his ways.' Here we have the same thing. You could liken the same thing to a great counsel of all of the atheists and evolutionists all getting together.

Verse 4: "Therefore, speak to them, and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Every man of the house of Israel who sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him according to the multitude of his idols: So that I may take the house of Israel in their own heart because they have deserted Me for their idols—all of them."' Therefore, say to the house of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Repent and turn yourselves from your idols, and turn away your faces from all your abominations. For every one of the house of Israel, or of the stranger who lives in Israel, who separates himself from Me and sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to a prophet to ask of him concerning Me; I the LORD will answer him Myself'"'" (vs 4-7).

You ought to read the book of Job if you want to know what it's like to have God answer you in person. God is not going to do this directly in the same way, but He's going to answer you in a way that you will never forget. Christ is storing all of this up for His return.

Let's see how God looks at the work of all of these crafted workers. What is the big idol of all of the quantum physicists in the world? The big cyclotron!

Isaiah 40:19: "The workman melts a graven image, and the goldsmith spreads it over with gold, and casts silver chains. He who is too poor for that offering chooses a tree that will not rot... [Isn't that magnificent?] ...he seeks for a skillful workman for himself to prepare a graven image that will not totter" (vs 19-20). Ever heard of Easter Island? They did that with stones. Ever heard of totem poles? Yes, indeed!

God says to compare that, v 21: "Have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is He Who sits above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers..." (vs 21-22).

What about all these nations and people fighting over power? Right now as we speak the Middle East is about ready to burst into war, all over power and who can show who is the most powerful. They are all striving after wind. Think of it! They sit there with their planes, their guns, their rockets, their bombs and whatever other weapons that they have.

Think of all the wars that have ever been fought on the face of the earth. What have they done to the earth? Virtually nothing! After a time, God overgrows it with new growth and those things that have disappeared are buried. God says "…people are like grasshoppers..."

Look up to the heavens: "…It is He Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in; Who brings the rulers to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth as vanity. No sooner are they planted, no sooner are they sown, no sooner do they take root in the ground, then He shall blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away like stubble" (vs 22-24).

One little example: 63% of the United States is in a drought in various degrees of drought. I think we've discussed in past time, think of the great plans we have, 'Now let's have green renewable energy. Oh, yes, let's get ethanol from corn. Won't that be wonderful, we won't have to drill. Think what this is going to do, how wonderful that will be.' What did we say? What will happen if there's a drought? or a plague? They won't be able to make their ethanol!

Now you have how much a percentage of your gasoline depended upon that? Is it 10%? Will gasoline go up by 10% because there is no ethanol, or more? Who makes the corn grow? God does! Who gave it the properties that it has? God did! So, you want to improve it by genetic splicing and God will let you be successful for a while. What do we have this year? It's like it says here. God blows on it! There's a drought and wipes out the crop.

What are you going to do? You still believe in your atheism? You still believe that everything came from nothing? Really? Why can't you stop that? If you're so almighty and powerful, why can't you stop the drought? It's what God's says.

Verse 25: "'To whom then will you compare Me, or who is My equal?' says the Holy One.... [here is what every atheist needs to do]: ...Lift up your eyes on high, and behold, Who has created these things..." (vs 25-26). That's a demonstration of God that He's Creator.

If you're not willing to do that, then take anything that you own in the way of a material object: how about your car, is that complex? How does that compare to the universe? Well, it's nothing! Did your car evolve? Did you go down to the dealer of evolution, press this button and out comes your evolved car? No! You have to admit someone made it. Someone had to draw the plans to create it—correct?

Yet, you look at the earth and you look at the heavens and you say it came from nothing. Then you teach all the young people growing up, 'You don't need God, but the most important thing you need is fun and sex. The government's going to take care of everything else for you.' That's what you've created, and God's judgment is coming!

You see some of these interviews on television where someone goes around and talks to the youth. They're addlebrained, emotional, and have no common sense, no understanding of anything. They've been created that way by the system that is based on evolution and atheism.

So God says, v 26: "Lift up your eyes on high... [get an education] ...and behold, Who has created these things, Who brings out their host by number?..." We can't even number them. They can only guess. They're guessing that there are 360-trillion galaxies in the heavens and that's only a guess. But God knows every one!

"...He calls them all by names by the greatness of His might, for He is strong in power; not one fails…. [This is quite an education—isn't it?] …Why do you say, O Jacob, and O Israel you speak... [this applies to anyone] ...'My way is hidden from the LORD and my cause is disregarded by my God?' [In other words, saying, 'I can do whatever I want. There's no God.'] (God answers back): …Have you not known? Have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not grow weak nor weary? And His understanding no one can fathom" (vs 26-28). Then you criticize those creationists? Doesn't make any sense at all.

God says this to every human being Isaiah 43:11: "'I, even I, am the LORD; and besides Me there is no savior.... [that's the One Who became Jesus Christ] ...I have declared, and have saved, and I have shown, when there was no strange god among you; therefore, you are My witnesses,' says the LORD, 'that I am God'" (vs 11-12). That's what we are to declare.

Here's what human beings like to do and this is exactly what the atheists and the evolutionists do, Isaiah 29:15, God says: "Woe to those who go deep to hide their purpose from the LORD! And their works are in the dark, and they say, 'Who sees us? And who knows us?'" All the super elite in your secret little compartments wherever you are, all the plans that you have for whatever you're going to do to control the world, to change the money system, to enslave everyone in the world, God knows!

Verse 16: "Surely, you have turned things upside down!.… [you've got it all backward] ...Shall the potter be regarded as the potter's clay; for shall the work say of him who made it, 'He did not make me?'... [I just evolved. What a fortunate thing that was, and I have evolved better than those slobs down there at the lower level.] ...Or shall the thing formed say to him who formed it, 'He had no understanding?'" It just came from nothing.

Here's how God views all the sayings and writings and speculations and works and equipment and everything that they have, all of their experiments. What are you going to do when you stand before God, because it does say in the book of Romans, chapter 14, everyone is going to have to come before the judgment seat of Jesus Christ and give an account for yourself. What are all these scientists going to say? What excuse are you going to give? This is what you're doing.

Romans 9:19: "Will you then reply to me, 'Why does He yet find fault? For who has opposed His purpose?'" You think anything you're going to do is going to oppose the purpose of God? The purpose of God is going to come out in two ways:

  • You will either repent and accept Jesus Christ—the one Whom you hate—as your personal Savior and Lord and Master.

You will begin to walk in His ways. If you're faithful to the end, you can enter into the Kingdom of God and have what you desire to get with what you're trying to do now—immortality and eternal life.

or

  • Or, you can take the other path and you can continue in the way that you are going and reject God and adamantly refuse anything about God.

When you're resurrected for the resurrection of the wicked for the second death to be thrown into the Lake of Fire, you're going to be like the rich man in the parable of Lazarus and the rich man and say, 'What is this?' The answer is going to be given to you, 'It's too late. You had your opportunity.'

Verse 20: "Yes, indeed, O man, who are you to answer against God?.…" If you don't believe that, next time you're in a windstorm and it's really a bad one, you go out and show your power and authority and stand somewhere and shake your fist at the wind and say, 'Stop!' Won't happen!

"...Shall the thing that is formed say to the one who formed it, 'Why did you make me this way?'…. [God has a reason and purpose for everything.] …Or doesn't the potter have authority over the clay to make from the same lump of clay one vessel unto honor, and another vessel unto dishonor?" (vs 20-21). Is not God going to do what He's going to do? Does He not give you choices? Yes, He does!

Verse 22: "And who dares to question His purpose if God, willing to show His wrath and to make known His power, chose in much long-suffering to put up with the vessels of wrath which were created for destruction; In order that He might make known the riches of His glory unto the vessels of mercy, which He prepared before for glory" (vs 22-23). What he's saying here is that you better get on God's side!

Let's see how God created everything. Come back here to Genesis 1, and then we will see other Scriptures that verify it. God in the first four days prepared everything for life. The only reason that everything functions so magnificently together is because God made it that way.

Genesis 1:20: "And God said, 'Let the waters abound with swarms of living creatures... [You look at that series they did on Blue Earth. Everything about the ocean from the smallest little thing, from the deepest part of the ocean, to the greatest whales and all kinds of fish and everything in between that God made.] ...and let fowl fly over the earth on the face of the firmament of heaven.'"

Then watch the documentaries on all the birds. Amazing, only thing you can say. The one I'm amazed at is the emperor penguin. You know the story of the emperor penguin? The males go on the interior of the Antarctic all winter. They eat nothing all winter. Winds get up to 200-miles an hour and it gets down close to 100 below. And yet they have under the big fat pouch at the bottom of their belly, which is down close to their feet, one egg.

They incubate that in the most horrendous climate. I think God has done this to prove that He can inspire that there will be life the way that He created, in spite of every circumstances on the outside. Finally when the sun comes up again in the spring, a little after that the egg hatches. The father still has in his stomach the first feeding for the newly-hatched chick.

Lo and behold, right on the minute—and, of course, there are thousands and thousands of males in this huge, big gathering of the emperor penguins. Then right to the minute here come all the females. They've been out in the ocean feeding to bring food so they can come and take over for the fathers.

They all come in and all the emperor penguins look alike to us. They come in and they pick out the father, the right one, and then they begin feeding the chick. The fathers all go out and they start feasting on what God has created for them to eat in the ocean.

How did that evolve? What if the fat was just not quite low enough and they couldn't incubate the egg? Think of all the things! Then all the birds that fly. Tremendous! They fly from South America up to the Northern Hemisphere. Millions of birds; God made them all.

Verse 21: "And God created great sea-animals, and every living creature that moves with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged fowl after its kind. And God saw that it was good."

Let's stop right here. Show me one thing that shows any evidence of evolution or does it not reproduce after its kind? Have you ever had an elephant give birth to a penguin? No! After their kind! That's how God made it. And because you believe in evolution, you deny the greatest creation that God has made in the physical realm—you, and every other human being.

Verse 22: "And God blessed them, saying, 'Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters of the seas, and let the fowl multiply in the earth.' And the evening and the morning were day five. And God said, 'Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind—livestock, creeping things, and beasts of the earth—each after its kind'" (vs 22-24). Kind after kind! All your evolution in the world and all of your rejection of God is not going to change it.

If you think it can, then please bring forth a creature that is half dog and half cat. I don't care which half is which, but see what you can do.

Verse 25: "And God made the beasts of the earth after their kind... [How many times? What do you suppose God means?] ...and the livestock after their kind, and every creeping thing upon the earth after their kind. And God saw that it was good."

All of that to give to man as a gift. Think of that. "And God said, 'Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness...'" (v 26).

  • you didn't come from monkeys
  • you didn't come from slime
  • You didn't come from apes

Some of you act worse than them. You came because God created man and woman. The genes that every human being, beginning with Adam and Eve with the creation of God, you have the genes that have been passed down every generation through all the years to every one of us.

If you want to bring this into perspective, how much time would there be if you only counted the instant of conception? Don't count how long they live or whatever, just the instant that they were conceived. Take all humanity, all conceived everywhere in the world and you put it within the space of time that only measured their conception. How long would the history of mankind be? Probably next to nothing! That's how great God is.

The whole purpose of man is so that God is re-creating Himself through man! That's another whole story.
