Brethren Comments on New Bible - PDF

August 18, 2008

Dear Brethren,

By now, everyone should have their copy (or copies)of the new Bible. We have had literally hundreds of letters, cards and e-mails from brethren commenting on the Bible. In fact, we are including 12 pages of such comments with this letter. Everyone is so enthused, impressed and happy with the new Bible that we are receiving hundreds of reorders. We are sending out 10-20 Bibles every day. For those who use the CBCG Web site and are not on our mailing list, we have provided a description of the Bible from the back of the presentation box, along with a coupon which can be used to order the Bible for a $50 donation (per copy). We are already getting good number of Web-based orders.

At the present time, we have distributed over 4000 of the 7000 lambskin Bibles we had printed. The paperback version has the same page core as the leather version. However, we have only sent out a few of these so far. Nearly all of the paperback versions of TheNew Testament In Its Original Order have been sent free to individuals in prison. We will be able to do likewise with the paperback version of the new Bible as soon as we have exhausted our supply of New Testaments. We still have a few copies of TheNew Testament In Its Original Order--96 hard-cover and 320 soft-cover. If you would like additional copies, please feel free to request them, as long as the supply lasts. Please note that we will not be reprinting the New Testament, as it has been incorporated almost entirely into the new Bible (with the exception of a few of the commentaries).

New Series--What is the Government of God in the Church? By the time you receive this letter, you should have received sermons six and seven of this important series. I will be doing number eight soon--and it should be the final one.

Remember, Jesus Christ has been given "all authority in heaven and earth" (Matt. 28:18), and He is the "head over all things to the Church, which is His body" (Eph. 1:22-23) Thus, the true government of God in the Church comes from God the Father, through Jesus Christ, to each individual by the power of the Holy Spirit. Consequently, when we assemble together, we have peace and are edified by the teachings of the Scriptures through the love of God: "[You] are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of the household of God. You are being built up on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief Cornerstone, in Whom all the building, being conjointly fitted together, is increasing into a holy temple in the Lord; in Whom you also are being built together for a habitation of God in the Spirit…. [You must be] holding the truth in love, [that you] may in all things grow up into Him Who is the Head, even Christ, from Whom all the body, fitly framed and compacted together by that which every joint supplies, according to its inner working in the measure of each individual part, is making the increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love" (Eph. 2:19-22; 4:15-16).

This is the kind of loving government God the Father and Jesus Christ want in the Church--not one that is harsh and overbearing, suppressing the brethren. Repressive church government exalts the importance of individuals and their ministries; brethren are restricted, held in the grip of fear and intimidation. A member recently admitted that when he was under just such a government, he felt like he was in prison. He kept asking himself, "Where is the love of God and the freedom in Christ Jesus?" What he saw and experienced in that church was not what the Bible actually teaches. Some churches go so far as to forbid "their members" from having a relationship with even their own children, parents, grand parents and grand children--"because they do not belong to our church of God"! This has even caused some to commit suicide! WHAT A SHAME! Such churches are in the grip of satanic governments, and are devoid of the love of God!

The truth is, the Bible teaches that the government of God in the Church flows from the love of God--as emphasized by these five fundamental commands from Scripture:

1) " `You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.

2) "And the second is like this: `You shall love your neighbor as yourself' " (Mark 12:30-31).

3) "A new commandment I give to you: that you love one another in the same way that I have loved you, that is how you are to love one another. By this shall everyone know that you are My disciples--if you love one another" (John 13:34-35).

4) As Jesus commanded Peter, the basis for every ministry and service to God and the brethren is this: "Jesus said to Simon Peter, `Simon, son of Jonas, do you love Me more than these?' And he said to Him, `Yes, Lord. You know that I love You.' He said to him, `Feed My lambs.' He said to him again a second time, `Simon, son of Jonas, do you love Me?' And he said to Him, `Yes, Lord. You know that I love You.' He said to him, `Shepherd My sheep.' He said to him the third time, `Simon, son of Jonas, do you love Me?' Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, `Do you love Me?' And he said to Him, `Lord, You know all things. You know that I love You.' Jesus said to him, `Feed My sheep' " (John 21:15-17).

Jesus instructed all the apostles in the same way: "As the Father has loved Me, I also have loved you; live in My love. If you keep My commandments, you shall live in My love; just as I have kept My Father's commandments and live in His love. These things I have spoken to you, in order that My joy may dwell in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment: that you love one another, as I have loved you" (John 15:15-17).

5) The apostle Paul wrote of it in this manner: "Put on then, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, deep inner affections, kindness, humility, meekness and longsuffering; forbearing one another, and forgiving one another if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so also you should forgive. And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts" (Col. 3:12-15). Christ is to rule in your heart. This is the true rule of God in your life. If Christ cannot rule in your heart, no man can rule you sufficiently to instill godly character for eternal life--because no man can impart eternal life.

Love is the cornerstone of the government of God in the Church--God the Father's and Jesus Christ's love to us, our love to God; our love of the brethren and the brethren's love for each other and the ministry; and the minister's love of the brethren. All of this is because we have God's Holy Spirit to lead and guide us. We are His children--His sons and daughters. We belong to God--not to any man.

Notice how the love of God and the Spirit of God are to lead and guide us--brethren and ministers--in our conduct in the Church: "Therefore, be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, even as Christ also loved us, and gave Himself for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, do not permit it even to be named among you, as is fitting for saints; nor filthiness, nor foolish talking or jesting, which are not becoming; but instead, thanksgiving. For this you know, that no fornicator, or unclean person, or covetous person, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Do not let anyone deceive you with vain words; for because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore, do not be joint partakers with them. For you were once darkness; but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (because the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth), proving what is well pleasing to the Lord" (Eph. 5:1-10).

Recently, I received a very heartfelt letter from a man in Utah. I am including parts of his letter because it shows how the love of God really works between all of us as God the Father and Jesus Christ desire.

"My dear friend Fred,

I just thought I would drop you a line or two, just to talk with you. I wanted to let you know that I am enjoying the new Bible immensely. It was such a long wait, but now that I have received my own copy, it is that much more sweet. What a wonderful tool. One that I will put to good use.

I thank our Father and Jesus Christ that there are such men and women as you and your wife that care so much about us, the brethren. That includes all those who were involved in the `Bible Project.'

There is something that I must say because it keeps going through my mind and it doesn't go away. When you came to Salt Lake City and visited our fellowship group at the Jacobson's home, I was amazed when you greeted me as I entered. You said, `Bruce, my friend, come here and let's talk!' In all my history with the churches of God you are the only one who ever faced me as man to man, instead of minister to layman. For that I humbly thank you, Fred.

I also wanted to say `thank you' for constantly reiterating over and over through the years that it is our own personal relationship with God the Father and Jesus Christ that gets us through the trials and problems we face in this life.

You did not try and run our lives, but you said that when we govern ourselves according to God's way of life, God would lead and direct us. Over these many years, what you have said is true. It is only as I have become older that I can now say how true this is. It doesn't mean that I still don't fall down and come short, but it means that when I do, I know that our Father will forgive. What a fantastic comfort!

As I go through my battle in overcoming cancer, I just want to let you know that my prayers and love are toward you and your wife and all those who help you so diligently, and will be constant and ongoing.

Thank you so much again, Fred, for your love for us, the brethren--and for teaching us of our Father in heaven and Jesus Christ His Son.

With much love and affection, your brother in Christ, Bruce"

To receive such a letter is very humbling, indeed. But it is not me or him, of ourselves--it is Christ in us. The love of God the Father and Jesus Christ is the bond of perfection and the basis fellowship through the Spirit of God. This letter shows that church government really does work--but only when that government is based on the love of God.

The War in Georgia: Everyone is wondering what the war in Georgia--the small independent country south of Russia--will mean. Certainly, it is a big push by Russia to dominate as much of the world's oil supply as possible, as well as to intimidate all the newly independent countries that formerly belonged to the Soviet Union. There is no question that Russia's move was planned for this exact time--when Bush and Putin were together at the Olympics in China and the USA would be nearly helpless to intervene.

Additionally, it is clear that Russia wants to dominate all of Europe, politically and militarily. Since over 40% of all the natural gas and oil used by the European Union comes from Russia, the nation already has tremendous leverage against the EU--a near stranglehold. If Russia takes over Georgia's oil fields, they will control the flow of even more oil being piped southward into Europe.

However, Russia's move against Georgia may very well have unforeseen effects. It may stir the Europeans to realize that they had better take control of their oil situation--and may encourage them to begin exerting significant political influence in foreign affairs. As well, the invasion may be a "tipping point" for Europe, causing them to realize the need for their own independent military power--one that does not rely on the United States.

Coupled with this, the EU must also forcefully address its internal Islamic problems and terrorist threats. If they fail to do so, Europe could cease to exist as we now know it.

Recent events could also be a "tipping point" for the Vatican, causing it to push for a more "Catholic" Europe--with a return to its Catholic roots. Such a revitalized Catholic Europe would include a push for political and military power as well--just as biblical prophecies reveal. Indeed, there is much prophecy to be fulfilled as end-time political and religious elements begin to fall into place.

Brethren, always remember that we have been called to save the world--to help bring the Kingdom of God and the love of God to all people after Jesus Christ returns. God has chosen us to develop eternal, godly character through the power of the Holy Spirit, so that we might qualify to rule with Jesus Christ. Paul wrote of this very thing: "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. Now you have not received a spirit of bondage again unto fear, but you have received the Spirit of sonship, whereby we call out, `Abba, Father.' The Spirit itself bears witness conjointly with our own spirit, testifying that we are the children of God. Now if we are children, we are also heirs--truly, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ--if indeed we suffer together with Him, so that we may also be glorified together with Him. For I reckon that the sufferings of the present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us.

"For the earnest expectation of the creation itself is awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God; because the creation was subjected to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of Him who subjected it in hope, in order that the creation itself might be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that all the creation is groaning together and travailing together until now. And not only that, but even we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, also groan within ourselves, awaiting the sonship--the redemption of our bodies" (Rom. 8:14-23).

Brethren, thank you for all your love and prayers. We know that God the Father and Jesus Christ are with all of us daily--working God's spiritual work in us through His love, mercy and grace. Once again, thank you for your continued support through your tithes and offerings. May God continue to bless you with love, grace and blessings in everything.

With love in Christ Jesus,

Fred R. Coulter

Brethren Comments on the New Bible

Dear Fred,

We just received the shipment of new Bibles. To say that we are STUNNED would be very much an understatement. It is very difficult to even hold and look upon this book without shedding a few tears. I've never experienced anything quite like it in my almost 62 years on this earth. There are no words to adequately express our appreciation to you for publishing this first-ever complete Bible in the original inspired order.

I wonder how many realize that not since the days of William Tyndale has anything so dramatic occurred in the publication of the Word of God? In this late age of man, nothing could be more timely. It is indeed a pearl of great price!

Dwight--Grand Junction, CO

Dear Fred,

WOW! thank you for the new Bible. It was beyond what I expected. It smells great, too! I have already started reading Genesis and plan to read through the Bible comparing some scriptures with my KJV study Bible that I have been using for the OT. The reading in this new Bible is much easier in modern English. I look forward to many hours, Many thnaks for the undoubtedly many man-hours of work given to this project.

I am glad to at least have had a part in this project with our tithes and offerings.

Richard, OH

Dear Fred,

I was so very pleased to get the new Bible. My grandmother ... has not been in good health for a while now and she has said several times, "If only I can make it until that new Bible comes out." Thank you and all those who participated in so much work so we can have all the truth at our fingertips.

My dad ... looked at it and was amazed how it was put together. He would like very much to have one of these Bibles and he wants to pay for it also. I asked him to come to the [CBCG] Website and contact you.... May the love of God be with you and your family and strengthen us all for what is most important--loving and serving God. Again, thank you so much for all that you have done.

Julie--DeWitt, AR

Fred, thank you so very much for the new Bible, it is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I am looking forward to viewing it more as I study. Also, my brother-in-law sent you an e-mail requesting one as well. He has recently come back into the faith and has been praying for the right Bible that will help him remember God's truth. Thank you so much; I will be at the feast site this year in Virginia Beach.

Joyce--Schuylkill Haven, PA

My sister-in-law just received your new Bible and told me how wonderful it was, and I would love to have one for myself. I was born and raised in the Church, and after losing touch through the [break-up] of the Church, I now know that it is time to return to my roots, where I know I belong. So if you could please send me one of the new Bibles and one of the New Testament Translations, it would be greatly appreciated and well respected. Thank you!

Tony--Elizabeth City, NC

Fred, we received our new Bibles yesterday. We're really thrilled with them--but, I do have a question. Some leather you're supposed to treat with a special oil. I was wondering if there is anything special that will be needed [to treat] the cover of the Bibles. I want to keep them looking great. This is the best Bible I've ever had. Thank you!

Betty--Harrisburg, IL

"I feel like I have the keys to eternal life in my hands"

I received my new Bible yesterday (July 14). What a beautiful Bible! Thank you so much; I really feel like I have the keys to ETERNAL LIFE in my hands vs. the other Bibles I have. All the extras, the Author's Preface, the explanation of "Why this Bible," and last but not least, the Commentaries--this information coupled with the Scriptures makes this the most unique Bible ever printed, as far as I'm concerned. Again, many, many thanks and God bless you.

Yours in Christ, Harold

Fred, we received our Bibles today--WOW, what a beautiful Bible! We will spend many hours going over the other information/commentaries that you included. We would like to get 10 more leather Bibles; should we order from you or use Amazon? Once again, bless you for your many hours of work to produce this faithful version.

Billy--Milton, FL

Dear Fred,

Thank you so much for our new Bible. It is beautiful. Seems almost too pretty to use. But use it we will.

With your steady hammering away at the truth about Pentecost and the resurrection and my own study, I have a short ... [2-page paper] that I think offers mathematical proof that the 7th Trumpet cannot occur on the Feast of Trumpets. Some would still say we have not proven it is on Pentecost. I believe the preponderance of biblical evidence you have given over many sermons does indeed prove it from the Bible.

But I think I have ... isolated the key issue that can and does actually and utterly prove that the 7th Trumpet--which the Bible clearly says brings with it the 1st resurrection and the 7 last plagues (vials)--cannot possibly occur on or near the Feast of Trumpets. Please find my little 2-page document attached, and please let me know what you think of it. Sincerely,

Jim--Lenoir, NC

Dear Mr. Coulter,

Thank you so much for sending me your new Bible. I will begin reading it today. I am a presbyter in the Anglican Church and I spoke with you once by telephone, shortly after hurricane Katrina, and inquired concerning the CBCG.... Again, thank you so much for the Bible. I noticed that some of the introductory sections utilize information from Dr. Ernest L. Martin. I used to be in contact with his wife and still get messages from his son Samuel who lives in Israel. God bless you.

Richard--Biloxi, MS

"Very easy to read!"

Hi, I just received the new HolyBible In Its Original Order. It is a beautiful Bible! So very easy to read! Thank you!!

Diane--Portland, OR

Dear Fred,

I received my new Bible yesterday and want to say "Thank you." It is such a blessing for the brethren to have all the Word of God in one book to read! And with a nice, soft, lambskin cover! Well done!

Sincerely, Tom

Hi, Fred, I just received the new Bible. It's great. It's the most beautiful Bible I've ever seen. There's also plenty of room for notes. It's a great tool for helping God's people become kings and priests in the future government of God. Thanks for all of the hard work going into this Bible. This Bible truly honors God. Sincerely,

George--Lewisville, TX

Dear Mr. Coulter,

Thank you so much for sending us the very beautiful Bibles. I was awed at their beauty. They are so much easier to read than the King James Version. We are in such a remote area that we keep the Sabbath by studies through the DVDs you so graciously send. Thank you so much for helping us as we continue to uphold and study "the way." Humbly thanking you. God keep you. Sincerely,

Harvey--Provincial, SD

"I LOVE the new Bible!"

Dear Fred Coulter,

I just had to write to tell you how much I LOVE the new Bible! I have been reading the books you had previously sent me every extra moment I could find in the day. The new Bible is so beautiful. It is going to be especially helpful to my husband because he has not been in the Church as many years as I have and he can't quite get that time line in his head. This is going to be such a big help to him.

I think I told you that I go way back to the WCG in the 60s. There was a time after I moved away from the Chicago area to Kentucky that was so difficult for me. Then, there was finally a place I could attend on the Sabbath that wasn't so far away. But, as much as I loved to go to church, I could not continue. Things just got so screwy. It was a very hard thing for me to walk away because I had prayed so hard for a local church--and now I would have to walk away and be on my own again.

By this time, my kids were pretty well grown and I went back to school and got my BS and MS and taught school until I retired several years ago. I just turned 65 and I honestly don't know how my husband and I would survive without my little pension plus his little social security. But we never were ones to go in debt and we always worked hard, so what we have is ours and we can manage the monthly utilities, etc. I'm just so thankful that we built our house one pickup truck full of stuff at a time. When the house was done, it was ours. My parents lived in the Depression and they just drummed it into my head never to go in debt. Save for it or do without. My husband was one of ten children with an alcoholic daddy, so you can just imagine how he grew up. We met when he was in the Navy. I'm from Massachusetts and he is from here in Kentucky.

I guess I'm telling you all this is because we are finding ourselves on our own again, but the information you sent me has been priceless to me. I do the reading and then I explain to my husband, James, and we study like that. I feel like I am back in my first love when I first heard the Truth--only it's a little different in that. What I am reading seems to be filling in many gaps that I just couldn't figure out before. I have listened to your CD on Pentecost being the first resurrection and it makes so much sense to me. It has [clarified] some places in Revelation that I just couldn't wrap my mind around because of what I was taught before. I don't have words to express my appreciation. I will be sending you an offering from time to time because it just feels right again. Your generosity is outstanding and I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have my portable MP3 player stuck to my head all day. I have listened over and over and will continue to listen and hope you send me some more [studies]. I am completely thirsting and hungering for the Truth, even stronger than I did over forty years ago. So, again, thank you for the beautiful Bible that will be well read and studied and used. If it would be possible for my husband James to have one so we could read together, I would be forever grateful. He doesn't read well, but he can follow along with me and that's how we study.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Love, Betty--Kentucky

Dear Fred,

I wanted to tell you how great I feel about being back where God's truth is being taught. I was so upset when the Church started [teaching falsehoods] and didn't know where to go ... or what to do. Tried going to church for a while, and then just to the Feast. I knew about your Web site for about 3 years and just didn't know who to trust. Now I am here ... being taught the truth again; but I'm wanting others and my children to know about it, too. Anyway, thank you again. I have received the new Bible and can't read all the commentaries, etc. fast enough. Could I please have a copy of The Day Jesus the Christ Died? Sincerely,

Gara--Boise, ID

Fred,

Your handiwork always gives me new fuel for thought. I was thinking about the seven divisions [of the Bible] and the obvious logic of the symmetry. Seven, by whole numbers, can only be split 3-4 or 4-3. So, the NT, being the better covenant of a new and living way, gets the 4 count, with 3 divisions assigned to the Old.

The [fourth] transition [in the musical A scale] ... falls at the note D, or Wednesday [as applied to the week]. So, the transition falling at the 4th division or Wednesday, being totally dependent on the ministry and the Wednesday death of Jesus, splits the pattern precisely where it should, with the beginning of the gospel accounts (4th of the 7 divisions).

This is the octave transition of the sevens of music, but also the pivotal juncture in the road to salvation (i.e., 3/4). Thus, the Sheba, or sworn oath of the covenant of the seven divisions, has been logically cut or sliced at the juncture, 3 + 4 = 7.

Interesting too is that the second of the sevens (2/7ths) is that division identified with prophetic things. Hence, the tie-in with Joseph's dreams of the TWO SEVENS and the capstone TWENTY-SEVENTH book, Revelation, authored by the SEVENTEENTH and last prophet to speak, Jesus the Christ.

I'm sure there's much more. I'll let you know what other wanderings I come up with as I read through your new Bible. Thus far I can already see enough material to write a small book, just with what is contained on the cover. Thought you might enjoy my musings. Thanks for all!

Dwight--Grand Junction, CO

"It is so beautiful!"

Fred, we just now received the new Bible!!! How wonderful! My grandkids were just as excited as I was and we all enjoyed the wonderful smell of a new book. I can't wait to get into it, to study the many articles you wrote in it. It is so beautiful! I know you tried to tell us what it was going to look like, but you never could have described how beautiful this is! I pray God is smiling down at you and all your helpers for all the work and choosing only the best of everything to hold Gods Word!!! Thank you so much. I only wish I could buy one of these for everyone I know. Maybe, if I do one at a time. Thanks again for all you do,

Karen--Deluth, MN

Dear Pastor Coulter,

Please allow me to say how pleased I was to receive The Holy Bible In Its Original Order today. It is a wonderful tool for Bible study and just so beautifully put together. As an educator, I have more time during the summer months to commit to studying the Word of God. This summer I have been researching the chronology surrounding the death, crucifixion and resurrection of Christ.

I have noticed that all of the other Churches of God state that Christ was crucified and resurrected in the year 31 AD. They say that in the years 30 and 31 AD, both preparation days for the Passover fell on a Wednesday. As I have researched the question, I find that your research is far more comprehensive than that of any of the other Churches of God.

What bothers me is the perpetual confusion surrounding year of the crucifixion and resurrection. Why do they persist in placing the resurrection in 31 AD, when it seems quite clear from a historical and biblical point of view that the resurrection was in fact in the year 30 AD? For most people, this is a non-issue; but for me it is very important. As a history teacher, historical claims must be validated beyond question. Sincerely,

Larry--Valley City, ND

I recently purchased the new Bible and paid $50. I want to purchase six additional Bibles. The total price would be $300.00. Please confirm this price. I will send you the

Hello Mr. Coulter,

I received my new Bible the other day and I am well pleased with it--thanks for everything. I have listened to most of [what is on the CBCG Web site], and all that you have sent I have enjoyed. I am learning much. God bless all of you. Is there anyone near Charleston, South Carolina? I visit my daughter there. Please let me know.

Earl--Hickory, NC

Fred,

We received our three new Bibles on Tuesday evening! Wow! I am so impressed with the quality, the lamb-skin cover, the "new smell," the commentaries and appendices, and the translation itself. Words that come to mind are: fantastic, marvelous, outstanding, beautiful, wonderful!

I want to give you, and all those who worked on this project, a hearty congratulations for your vision, diligence and effort. Congrats! Our friends here also received their copies. They are excited, too. And I am very grateful for the autographed copies, Fred. Thank you so much.

Now the work begins of studying God's Word and studying all the ancillary material! Again, thanks for your effort. Accomplishment feels great, doesn't it? I'm sure God and Christ are pleased! Surely this Bible is the beginning of the restoration of all things (Acts 3:21). May God continue to bless you and His Church.

"I am just very thankful for the truth of God"

Dear Fred Coulter,

I just had to write you! I want to thank you for all the sermons I have received and for all the literature. I also want to tell you I received this very BEAUTIFUL BIBLE today. I cannot describe my awe when I opened the package. Even the box in which the Bible came is beautiful! Also, I must let you know that I am very sorry I have not sent any offerings lately; fact is, when I turned 65 two years ago my monies were decreased. I guess when you get old you are not suppose to need as much. I am just very thankful for the truth of God, and for Him using you as a dedicated servant to teach His word to His people and this evil world we live in. Thanks!

Malina--Homewood, IL

Dear Mr. Coulter,

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for the magnificent gift of The Holy Bible In Its Original Order. What a privilege to receive something like this. I would like to thank God the Father and Jesus Christ for the inspiration given to you and all those assisting you in doing this wonderful job.

I want to thank you for the thoughtfulness of the bookmark, as well as the card on "How to Mark Your Bible." These little things mean so much.

May God bless all of you who are working so hard to ensure that we get all the spiritual food we need to keep going. Best Regards to all at Hollister.

Yours sincerely, Myrtle

Fred,

I received the new Bible last Monday and I must thank you so much. It is absolutely beautiful and much nicer than I had imagined. This is a valuable tool in my Bible studies and will definitely be my primary Bible from this point forward. The only problem I will have is gaining the courage to write and put notes on the pages. I think I will have to order another one soon.

What is the process for ordering an extra copy of this magnificent Bible? Anyone serious about studying and learning the truth needs this version in their library. Thanks again for all the work you are doing in feeding the flock. Regards,

Kenny--Needville, TX

Dear Fred,

I just want to thank you for the new Bible! What a treasure! I think this is going to be something special. The arrangement in the original order makes the unity of the Bible easier to see. What a shame all Bibles aren't this way. There would be less confusion and less opportunity for deceit. And the original just feels right! Thanks again for this quality Bible; you have treated God's Word with the dignity it deserves. Sincerely,

Joe--Sylvan Springs, AL

Fred, I have received my new Bible. It is awesome! I made my first marks in it today. I started with the Sabbath, as that was the first truth that I learned back in 1968. The new Bible is really great. Thank you so much.

Patsy--Excello, MO

Unconverted husband "will not put it down!"

Hello Fred,

I got married April 18, 2008, to a wonderful man, Randy. All his life his father taught him that the Sabbath was the true day of worship; he also taught him much of the Bible. He says that the truth God has given me has filled in a lot of gaps for him; he thirsts so much for God's truth. I received the new Bible--and he will not put it down!

He doesn't fully understand the second resurrection; if you have any tapes on that subject, he'd greatly appreciate them. I am also asking you for another Bible.

Thank you for all the hard work, and the humbleness you have; you are great! I'm not good with words, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do. May God continue to hold you in His precious arms.

Becky--Ennis, TX

Good afternoon,

If the "Love Series" is available on audio, I would like to request that series. I drive 50 miles a day to work and use that time to listen to your tapes. They make the
drive tolerable.

We received the five new Bibles we ordered for family members, but have not received the two for ourselves as yet. Is there any way for you to check if they have been sent? We opened one of the Bibles and they are indeed beautiful. It will be so nice to have them for the Feast of Tabernacles this year.

Thank you so much for all that you do for the brethren. We are so blessed to have you for our teacher at this time in history. I hope you know much you and your family are appreciated and loved.

Joanna and Joe--Kelso, WA

Dear Fred,

Thank you for the new Bibles we received last week. They were so much more than we expected. We feel like God has certainly guided and directed all who were involved in putting it together. We would like to be put on your mailing list. We would also like to receive the introductory care package and The Day Jesus the Christ Died.

Carl and Gail--Live Oak, FL

Dear Fred,

Our new Bibles arrived this morning, Monday, July 28. As our rural carrier handed the box to me, she said, "You've been shopping." I replied, "No, we're expecting our new Bibles any day now." As she scanned the mailing label she said, "This is from Hollister, CA." At this point J had come outside, and when he saw the mailing label--well, we both had great big grins on our faces.

We are so blessed to be recipients of such a beautiful and exquisite study Bible, and pray daily that our loving Father will continue to inspire and teach you, always giving you the much-needed strength as you teach us.

Your handwritten inscription in each of our Bibles means so very much to J and me and we thank you for taking a moment of your time to write these personal notes.

In Christian Love,

J & Gerrie--Troy, TX

Fred, I would like to thank you and your ministry for the dedication, time and energy that went into producing The Holy Bible In Its Original Order. It is absolutely beautiful, and my husband and I look forward to studying God's Word using our new Bibles.

Again, thank you for you dedication to preaching God's truth.

Pam--China Grove, NC

"Wow!"

Greetings Mr. Coulter!

WOW, WOW and, may I say, WOW! As you might have guessed, I received The Holy Bible In It's Original Order--A Faithful Version today. Very impressive; so nice I hate to mark in it.

I am writing to ask a question about the Faithful Version. I may have imagined this, but I thought I heard you mention making this version available for E-Sword Bible software. If so, when do you think this will be available? Also, is it possible to incorporate it into powerBible (www.powerBible.com)? I use both, but powerBible is a little more user-friendly.

It is truly a blessing to have the Faithful Version, and I look forward to studying God's Word with it. Thanks for your efforts and to the others that made this version possible. God Bless,

Martin--Mannford, OK

Thank you Mr. Coulter for The Holy Bible In Its Original Order. It is indeed a masterpiece. Sincerely,

MC--Florida

Dear Fred,

THANK YOU sooooo very much for what you have sent. The new Bible is as awesome as can be and much more than expected. It is a great work! Tears almost flowed while looking through it. I will cherish it always.

I have not listened to the CDs yet and am looking forward to listening to them. I understand that there is a waiting list for the CD player. Is there an estimate of how long it will be? Are there any booklets or more reading materials you could send me in the meantime? I can't thank you enough. May God Bless,

Terri

Dear Fred,

We recently received the new Bible. We have many to thank and much to be thankful for in possessing this beautiful book. It is physically beautiful and the contents are beautiful in its fidelity to God's truth.

Our gratitude is extended to God the Father and Jesus Christ for the faithful preservation of their inspired words down through the centuries. Thanks go out to the many inspired men who God used to record the truths that we are the beneficiaries of today.

We are indebted to you, Fred, and all those who have devoted their time, energy and dedication to make this Bible a reality. It is truly a work of love. Thank you,

Robb and Shirley--Sedona, AZ

"Top quality!"

Dear Fred,

You have done an excellent job with the new Bible--top quality! I have already put Bible tabs on it to find the books faster, and have bought the recommended marking pens. Up to now, I have considered the New King James translation the easiest to read and most practical for my personal Bible study. Your translation seems to be extremely close to the NKJV and I am perusing it carefully, and with renewed zeal and pleasure.

I have shown it to several members at United congregations in the Phoenix East and Northwest, pointing out that it is, to my knowledge, the only complete Bible translation by a member or former member of churches called from Mr. Armstrong's efforts--thus making it uniquely qualified to be the most accurate translation available for these end times. Plus, it's in the divine order!

Some I've shown it to have said they would like to order it for the Feast with 2T. I will continue to promote it at every opportunity.

I like the articles in it that spread the truth, and I hope that it gives many readers additional study topics and renewed enthusiasm. I especially liked the newspaper articles of the late 1890s from the Catholics that prove that Sunday worship is a fabrication of the Catholics--that the Protestants can't defend [their choice of Sunday]. And also, the proof that 5 BC was the year Christ was born--bravo! There are a couple of other topics I would like to see "revised"--maybe in a later revision? But for now, it's the best there is!

I will be praying for much success for you, and for your good health. Thank you again for this gift! Sincerely,

Mark

Hi Fred,

Just a short message. Thank you again for sending such a beautiful Bible! I use it almost exclusively when studying. I have just finished listening to and studying the tapes on James. Thank you for teaching God's Word so thoroughly. It is such a delight to be learning God's will again after many, many years.

Diane--Portland, OR

Dear Mr. Coulter and Staff,

Thank you for the beautiful Bible and all the other books you sent me. Thanks too for the sermon CDs. I am 65 and on social security and live with my daughter so, I can't send anything right now--but I hope to be able to in the future. Sincerely,

GS, Texas

"Exquisite"

Dear Fred Coulter,

Exquisite is the word for this beautiful lambskin Bible I've received. It is perfect beyond words. It is awesome. How very grateful I am to be a recipient of such labor and I am humbly appreciative. My prize possession will be used.

Thank you so very much, CA

Fred,

Enclosed is our offering check for this month. We have truly been blessed. We are really enjoying our new Bibles. Thank you so much for them. The information you wrote in them is so helpful for understanding our Bibles better.

Thank you so much for your sermons and written materials you have sent us. We really needed them to learn and grow more spiritually. We pray for you and the brethren everyday. Thank you again for allowing God to work with you and help others like us.

S and JB

Dear Fred,

Thank you so much! The new Bible is beautiful and useful--the highest quality, fit for the godly study. I love touching the lambskin cover. Especially wonderful to me is the easy reading on my eyes--a larger font size than my long-term study Bible. Fine paper, too. And such handy commentaries and extras in the back. Everything is A+. I received a second one which I'm sending to a friend. Enclosed is an offering in praise to God.

Love in Christ, BA

Fred, your Bible gift was the biggest and best gift of its type that any church ever gave to our family. Thank you. We also recognize that the sermon messages are a gift from God via the servants' involvement. We plan first to study the subject of "cross or stake"--since so many in mainstream religion want to [make an icon out of] a murder weapon.

B--Birmingham, AL

Dear Fred,

We are enjoying the new English translation and commentary of The Holy Bible In Its Original Order.

What an amazing effort you have put in to it. May it bear much fruit and glorify our heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ, as well as help those who are called now to grow in grace and knowledge of the Word. Thank you for all you are doing to serve God's people!

Love, E & C

Dear Fred,

Our new Bibles arrived today about 11 a.m. When I opened mine and took it out of the box, I started to cry. What an awesome gift God has provided us with in these trying times at the end. His Word in the correct order--in a language we can fully understand. My prayer through the tears was, "Thank You God, and help me to study diligently and learn the depth of Your Word and live it forever."

Many thanks to you and Dolores and all those involved in the Bible project.

Love, MP--Massachusetts

Dear Mr. Coulter,

I have received the beautiful Bible you sent to me--and also one for my daughter. It is truly beautiful to look at and very nice to touch with the soft lambskin cover.

But the knowledge between the covers is something to be desired, to learn more from, to retain and live by. My desire is to consume the knowledge within its pages and live and grow spiritually by it.

You have done your very best to help us. May God bless you and all those who helped you with so great an undertaking. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

God bless you and keep you feeding us on His precious Word.

In Christian love, GG--Michigan

"Truly an amazing Bible"

Dear Mr. Coulter,

I received my beautiful Bible last week. It is a truly amazing Bible, with all of the extra help it gives; and I do especially appreciate the wide margins for my notes.

I was quite overwhelmed by it, actually, and so are others who have seen it.

Thank you so much, KG

Dear Fred,

A couple of the people we met with last Sabbath saw the new Bible and were quite enthusiastic about it--and wanted to know where they could obtain one. I didn't see them on Amazon.com yet, and didn't know if York Publishing had them available this early yet, either. So I called Kimberly and she said I could send you the money for a few more copies. Could you send me two, or, if quantities permit, three more copies? We received ours last week, and I'm still thumbing through all the vast quantity of information you have in there. The translation itself seems excellent, and I haven't noticed a typo yet! (Hopefully, I won't!) Anyway, thank you for all your hard work and devotion to God and His truth.

Best, G & KP--Tennessee

Dear Fred,

The new Bible was well worth the wait. You and those helping you did an outstanding job. It is a book I will always treasure.

I know that you, like the rest of us, have to work at using the "right wording" when writing. It is clear that what you have written says just what it should. God has blessed you with that gift. Thank you that you have labored and applied yourself to serve us through the books you write--and now the finest book of all!

Many years ago, while still in WCG, our minister at the time, to his credit, handed out a list of the books of the Bible in their original order. Reading the Bible in [the correct] order makes so much more sense. The history flows instead of jumping around in confusion. I now look forward to reading the entire Bible cover to cover, not only with the correct historical order, but also with the correct wording.

I have friends who have attended your meetings in Monrovia who defend the KJV. Whereas I love these people dearly, I get frustrated at their justification of all the wording errors [in the KJV]. The KJV has become their idol. I guess one can make anything an idol! Personally, I think that while they try to justify the wording, they miss vital points. There is an old saying [that illustrates their ignorance]: "If the KJV was good enough for Christ, it's good enough for me."

So, thank you for the monumental effort you expend. [Thank you] for the beautiful Bible, which I know is going to add a great deal of joy not only to Sabbath services, but also to the Feast of Tabernacles--when we're all reading the same words.

Yours truly, BW

"Excited about God's Word again"

Dear Fred,

My husband and I are looking forward to receiving the new Bible, and have been devouring the literature and taped sermons, including the beginner's Care Package, which we will be completing soon.

I cannot express how much God's truth is changing our lives. We had been searching for what seems like a long time, and God led us to you through two cousins who suggested we examine your Web site, get on the mailing list, and order the introductory Care Package. It's been a profound, eye-opening and joyful journey.

I'm excited about God's Word again; I feel "restored" and thank Him every day for the opportunity we've been given to gain knowledge, wisdom and understanding. And last but not least, I am experiencing a new freedom, because I am not afraid anymore!! You will be hearing from us again soon. In Christian Love,

Diane--Fletcher, NC

Hi Fred,

Thank you so much for the wonderful Holy Bible that we received today.

God bless you all, Francois and Minnie

From Brethren Overseas

Dear Fred,

The new Bible is MAGNIFICANT! I know you do not consider the "thanks" of men to be anything. But anyway, THANK YOU for this [Bible]. May the Almighty and Living God keep you and bless you, and all of His Church, through your efforts. With Christian love, on behalf of the brethren in South Africa,

Helmut--South Africa

Thanks, Fred, for this most wonderful new Bible. We received four; one for me, one for my wife and one each for my two sons. We are all very excited. We read it every day. I have told the boys that this Bible is the most valuable thing that I can give them and it is the most valuable thing that they own. We have listened to "Going through your new Bible" several times now.

It is a beautiful Bible and very inspirational--and it is very nice to handle, to feel and to use. It is the "Mercedes Benz" of Bibles. I have bought several of the leather Bibles and have given away two to people who I think will really appreciate them as much as we do. Thank you for all the time and effort that has gone into the new Bible, for putting it back into the correct order, for the quality of it, for the sense of it, for the wonder of it all. Thanks to you and to God our Father and to Jesus Christ our Sheppard and Master. This is really appreciated.

Greg--Sunnybank Hills, Australia

Dear Fred and Staff,

Thank you so much for the new Bible. We have never come across such comprehensive information about the Word of God as is presented in this Bible. We are sure that everyone here in South Africa appreciates this Bible. We have already started to use this edition. I must also mention that Helmut Burger is really doing a great job for all of us here. Thanks again and we will keep you all in our prayers. Regards,

Miklos and Tina--Johannesburg, South Africa

Dear Fred,

I recently received my Bible and must add my gratitude to the no doubt overwhelming tide of appreciation shown for God's work through you. I have a copy for my eldest daughter, but am waiting until the FOT to present it to her.... I believe this will be the most valuable gift I will ever share with her. Thank you so much.

With Love in Jesus Christ,

Peter--Rankin Park, Australia

Fred, many, many thanks for my copy of the new Bible. It is a blessing to have such a well-presented and well-researched book to study from for the foreseeable future. I am still amazed that you find the time to produce all your sermons and literature.... May God bless you and allow you many more years for your excellent work.

Warmest love, in Jesus' name,

Keith--Hamilton, New Zealand
