Here is the information packet for the Feast of Tabernacles 2013. Listed below are the major Feast sites. In addition to these, there will be many other smaller feast sites scattered across the USA. Please carefully follow the instructions.

Please be sure to return the Feast Information Sheet as soon as possible.

Each one is responsible to make his or her own reservations. In all locations, please mention that you are with the Christian Biblical Church of God, because in most cases we have been given special rates. Remember that the Feasts of God are as important as the weekly Sabbath. Moreover, through keeping them, year by year, we are able to learn and understand more about God's plan as revealed in the Bible. Again, we pray that this year's Feast will be the best ever for you and your family.

General Feast Information:

We need your help. Over the years it has been our policy to let people go wherever they wanted and change their minds as often as they like. Some even wait until a few days before the opening night of the Feast before making housing reservations, however such late decisions make planning most difficult. Please let us know where you will attend as soon as possible, so we can fulfill our contractual obligations of guaranteed minimums.

Special Announcement: Vail, Colorado - There will be a small Feast site this year in beautiful Vail, Colorado for a limited number of brethren who would like to attend.  Fall is an exciting time to visit the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with the colorful changes in the seasons.  Services will be held in an area condo and can accommodate up to 16 people.  If interested, call Roger Kendall, site Host, at 802-879-9327 or e-mail at for more information.  There are many condo's available at Feast time for rent in Vail such as the following: or

Mount Pocono, PA: Stan Timek announces that it will be possible for those in the Mount Pocono area that there will be a small Feast site.  Comfort Inn  ($77.00 a night; Phone: 570-839-9282) and  Travelodge of Mt Pocono ($280.00 for the 8 days  570-8397728). Wells, Maine

Again this year we will meet at Village by the Sea, which is an All Suite Resort Hotel featuring one and two bedroom condominium villas.  This is a beautiful,  historic eleven-acre year-round resort with one and two bedroom condominium villas, with all the amenities that today's discerning traveler is looking for including... indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, free wireless Internet, game room, seasonal outdoor pool, gas grills and much more.

In addition to the one and two bedroom condominium rentals, we have a large function hall and banquet facility perfect for weddings, banquets, social events and meetings of all sizes.  The condominium resort hotel borders the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve and tidal salt marsh.  Our marsh front location is the perfect place for those who enjoy a distant ocean view on your deck and watching the Great Blue Herons.

Florida has a 6% State tax plus a 7% Occupancy tax not included with these rates.

We are pleased to offer a Feast of Tabernacles location for 2013 in the Great Smoky Mountains. We have a new location for services this year at the Country Cascades in Pigeon Forge.

The feast site will be held in Pigeon Forge Tennessee just minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the most visited National Park in America. The park offers scenic beauty with opportunities for hiking and beautiful drives through the country side. Please visit the Great Smoky Mountains Chamber of Commerce website for area information:

Pigeon Forge and the nearby towns of Gatlinburg and Sevierville offer activities, shopping and attractions for everyone to enjoy. Festival activities will be planned including a family dance/variety show and a family day. A Fellowship Room will also be available for brethren nightly. ROOMS: We were able to secure a block of 6 rooms at the Ridgemark Golf and Country Club 831-637-8151.  However, the rooms may not be available for the Sabbath during the feast this year, because of previous golf tournaments. The Hilton Garden Inn, in Gilroy was completely full because of a golf tournament.

This is the eighth year that we will have a feast in Hollister/Gilroy, California, which is located 35 miles inland from the Central California Coast.  It is about 55 miles from the San Jose Airport, 48 miles from Monterey and Santa Cruz, and about 135 miles from San Simeon, the location of the Hearst Castle.  There are many attractions for children as well as adults within the areas mentioned above.  For those who enjoy history, San Juan Bautista is just 10 miles away.  It is the location of the Old Mission San Juan Bautista built in 1797.  Monterey City and Monterey County has the Monterey Bay Aquarium, a number of nature walks, skin diving, wine tasting, Museums, Missions, and facilities featuring Steinbeck.  Twenty miles away, Gilroy has Bonfante Gardens Family Theme Park.  Approximately 55 miles away is the Roaring Camp & Big Trees Railroad.  A narrow gage railroad runs through the redwoods.  It is suggested that you check the Internet for a complete list of attractions and sites within easy driving distance of Hollister.

We are pleased to inform you that we have secured a new feast site this year at Invermere, B.C. for all the brethren to consider attending. Unfortunately we were not able to secure Summerland, B.C. again this year due to some conflicts and thus have searched  for a suitable location for our annual Feast of Tabernacles to be held.

The dates for the feast this year (2013) are from Wednesday, September 18, 2013 (evening) through September 26, 2013.
